Opening a MyShopz store

If you sell physical goods (lingerie, toys, beauty, gifts and the like), you can open a store on MyShopz and put your products on creators' Treatz pages.

Getting started
- Already a creator here? Open MyToolz, then My MyShopz.
- Here only as a merchant? Sign up from live.myroomz.co/register?shopz=1. Every merchant passes the same ID check every creator does.
- A merchant only account is kept off Explore and search, and can reply to anyone who messages it but cannot start a conversation.

Building your store
Add your trading name, what you sell, your logo and banner, where you ship from and your shipping zones and rates, your returns policy, and your products: name, photos, description, your wholesale price (what a creator pays you when a fan buys it as a Treat), your MyShopz price, options such as size or colour with stock for each, and whether the product can go on Treatz pages. Then submit the store. A person looks it over once; edits after that go live straight away.

Two ways to sell
- On MyRoomz: members pay from their wallet, you pack and ship, and you are paid when you mark the order shipped, less the MyRoomz fee agreed for your store (10% unless agreed otherwise). Shipping is paid to you in full.
- At your own store: send members to your own website with your MyRoomz coupon code. You report the sales made with that code and MyRoomz is paid the reseller fee agreed for your store. A store with reseller fees unpaid for two weeks is paused until they are paid.
You choose per store, and can change it per product.

Physical Treatz
Tick Available on Treatz pages on a product and creators can list it at their own price. When a fan buys it you ship to the address the creator gave, and you are paid your wholesale price plus shipping when you mark it shipped. You can invite creators to carry your products and offer special pricing from the Creators tab.

Plans and costs
Basic A$9.95, Featured A$14.95 (ranks first on the marketplace), Premium A$29.95 and Spotlight A$99.00 (a place in the banner at the top of MyShopz) a month, GST included, paid from your wallet. Stores that start by 31 December 2026 get their first 30 days free. Nothing is charged until your store is approved. If your wallet is short when a month is due, your store is hidden until you top up and then comes back by itself. Cancel any time and your store stays open to the end of the month you paid for. Paid placements (a featured product, a home banner, a Treatz feature) are reviewed by a person before they show.
