MYROOMZ — MYTREATZ POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS MYTREATZ POLICY GOVERNS ALL MYTREATZ FUNCTIONALITY, TREAT CONTRIBUTIONS, GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS, CREATOR SUPPORT FEATURES, DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT CONTRIBUTIONS, LIFESTYLE SUPPORT FEATURES AND RELATED INTERACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING, USING OR PARTICIPATING IN MYTREATZ FUNCTIONALITY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYTREATZ IS A CREATOR SUPPORT AND DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT FEATURE ONLY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CONTRIBUTIONS ARE GENERALLY VOLUNTARY AND DISCRETIONARY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CONTRIBUTIONS DO NOT CREATE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS, INVESTMENT RIGHTS OR GUARANTEED PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CREATORS OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ DOES NOT GENERALLY PURCHASE, WAREHOUSE, SHIP OR DELIVER GOODS ASSOCIATED WITH MYTREATZ; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY MODERATE, RESTRICT, FREEZE OR REMOVE MYTREATZ FUNCTIONALITY WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR MODERATION, COMPLIANCE, FRAUD PREVENTION OR OPERATIONAL PURPOSES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING MYTREATZ FUNCTIONALITY. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain monetisation systems, creator support systems, Wallet systems, engagement systems, operational infrastructure and associated intellectual property connected with MyTreatz functionality may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. NATURE OF MYTREATZ 2.1 Creator Support Functionality MyTreatz is a creator support and engagement feature allowing Fans to voluntarily contribute toward: creator lifestyle items; creator experiences; creator goals; creator milestones; creator support initiatives; discretionary creator purchases; and creator-defined Treat or Goal campaigns. 2.2 Digital Engagement Feature MyTreatz is intended primarily as: a digital engagement system; a creator monetisation feature; a fan interaction feature; a creator support mechanism; and an entertainment and engagement experience. 2.3 No Investment Product MyTreatz is not: a crowdfunding investment scheme; a managed investment scheme; a banking product; a savings product; an investment product; a donation charity platform; a financial security; or a regulated financial instrument. Contributions made through MyTreatz do not create: equity rights; ownership rights; profit-sharing rights; investment rights; repayment rights; or fiduciary obligations. 3. TREAT CONTRIBUTIONS 3.1 Nature of Treat Contributions Treat Contributions are voluntary discretionary payments made by Fans to support creators. Treat Contributions may relate to: lifestyle items; fashion items; beauty products; technology products; experiences; entertainment; creator interests; creator requests; or creator-defined Treat campaigns. 3.2 No Ownership Rights Fans acknowledge and agree that Treat Contributions do not provide: ownership rights; control over creators; entitlement to goods; intellectual property rights; repayment rights; guaranteed interactions; or guaranteed outcomes. 3.3 Creator Discretion Creators retain sole discretion regarding: use of contributions; campaign continuation; creator spending decisions; timing of purchases; creator-generated content; creator participation; and creator engagement. 4. GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS 4.1 Goal Functionality Creators may establish creator-defined goals through MyTreatz. Goals may relate to: creator projects; creator purchases; creator experiences; creator milestones; creator upgrades; creator travel; creator production costs; or creator lifestyle initiatives. 4.2 Goal Progress Indicators The Platform may display: funding progress; contribution totals; contributor counts; milestone indicators; and estimated completion indicators. 4.3 No Guaranteed Outcome Fans acknowledge and agree that: creator goals are creator-controlled; goals may change; timelines may change; creators may alter priorities; creators may discontinue goals; goals may not ultimately proceed; and outcomes are not guaranteed. Contributions remain discretionary support payments only. 5. CREATOR CONTENT AND ENGAGEMENT 5.1 Optional Creator Content Creators may choose, at their sole discretion, to: share updates; share photographs; share videos; discuss purchases; create Treat-related content; create Goal-related content; or engage with contributors. 5.2 No Guaranteed Content Fans acknowledge and agree that Treat Contributions or Goal Contributions do not guarantee: specific content; exclusive content; creator interaction; personal relationships; private communication; livestream access; custom content; or fulfilment of subjective expectations. 5.3 Entertainment Nature MyTreatz is intended primarily as: a creator engagement experience; a digital support feature; and an entertainment-focused creator interaction system. 6. PAYMENT TERMS 6.1 Payment Processing MyTreatz contributions may be processed through: Wallet systems; card payment systems; approved cryptocurrency systems; payment processors; and associated payment infrastructure providers. 6.2 Finality of Contributions Except where required by law: Treat Contributions are generally non-refundable; Goal Contributions are generally non-refundable; cryptocurrency contributions are irreversible; and completed contribution transactions are considered final. 6.3 Fraud Prevention MyRoomz may: investigate contributions; freeze Wallet balances; suspend payouts; preserve evidence; reverse transactions; suspend creator monetisation; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for: fraud prevention; moderation; chargeback disputes; legal compliance; operational integrity; or payment-provider requirements. 7. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Creators remain solely responsible for: creator conduct; creator taxation; creator obligations; creator representations; creator compliance with laws; creator-created campaigns; creator-generated statements; and creator fulfilment representations. Creators must not: conduct scams; engage in fraudulent campaigns; knowingly mislead Fans unlawfully; misuse contribution systems; manipulate contribution activity fraudulently; or engage in unlawful conduct. 8. FAN RESPONSIBILITIES Fans must not: engage in fraudulent chargebacks; manipulate creators; harass creators; attempt to control creators; exploit contribution systems; conduct payment abuse; misuse Platform systems; or engage in unlawful conduct. Fans acknowledge that creators: retain autonomy; operate independently; control their own decisions; and are not obligated to fulfil subjective expectations beyond applicable law and Platform rules. 9. NO GUARANTEE OF PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP Users acknowledge and agree that: creator interactions may be entertainment-focused; creators may interact with multiple Fans simultaneously; creators may utilise AI systems; creators may utilise delegated staff; creators may operate entertainment personas; and no personal, romantic or exclusive relationship is guaranteed. MyTreatz contributions do not create: personal relationship rights; emotional obligations; exclusivity rights; partnership rights; or ownership over creator decisions. 10. AI SYSTEMS AND AUTOMATED INTERACTIONS 10.1 AI-Assisted Systems Creator interactions associated with MyTreatz may involve: Indie AI systems; automated responses; delegated staff users; moderation systems; or operational engagement systems. 10.2 AI Limitations AI systems may: generate inaccurate responses; fail to maintain continuity; evolve over time; experience resets; or operate unpredictably. MyRoomz does not guarantee uninterrupted AI continuity or emotional continuity. 11. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT 11.1 Moderation Rights MyRoomz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: remove campaigns; suspend MyTreatz functionality; freeze Wallet balances; restrict creators; suspend monetisation; preserve evidence; investigate activity; suspend Accounts; or terminate Accounts where reasonably necessary for: moderation; fraud prevention; legal compliance; operational integrity; payment-provider compliance; platform protection; or User safety. 11.2 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve: contribution records; messaging records; AI interaction logs; Wallet activity; moderation records; livestream metadata; IP information; behavioural analytics; and operational logs for investigations, fraud prevention, moderation or legal compliance. 12. TAXATION AND GST 12.1 Creator Responsibility Creators remain solely responsible for: income tax obligations; GST obligations; reporting obligations; invoicing obligations; business registration obligations; and compliance with taxation laws. 12.2 No Tax Advice MyRoomz does not provide: taxation advice; financial advice; accounting advice; or legal taxation advice. Users should seek independent professional advice. 13. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: creator behaviour; creator honesty; creator fulfilment; creator engagement; creator responsiveness; campaign outcomes; creator-generated content; creator project completion; or subjective satisfaction. Users acknowledge that participation in MyTreatz involves: creator-related risks; emotional risks; financial risks; operational risks; and interpersonal risks. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to MyTreatz functionality; MyRoomz is not liable for creator decisions; MyRoomz is not liable for creator spending decisions; MyRoomz is not liable for creator project outcomes; MyRoomz is not liable for creator responsiveness; MyRoomz is not liable for emotional dissatisfaction; MyRoomz is not liable for subjective expectations; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in MyTreatz. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 15. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for interruptions or operational failures arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; payment-provider failures; cloud-provider failures; internet outages; regulatory changes; government actions; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 16. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate MyTreatz functionality at any time where reasonably necessary for moderation, compliance, operational integrity or platform protection. The following survive termination: payment obligations; moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; liability limitations; indemnities; dispute rights; and compliance obligations. 17. GOVERNING LAW This MyTreatz Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 18.
