MYROOMZ — AML / CTF COMPLIANCE POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS AML / CTF COMPLIANCE POLICY (“POLICY”) GOVERNS ALL ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (“AML”), COUNTER-TERRORISM FINANCING (“CTF”), FRAUD PREVENTION, PAYMENT MONITORING, WALLET MONITORING, TRANSACTION REVIEW, RISK MANAGEMENT, SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE, OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE AND RELATED FINANCIAL CRIME PREVENTION ACTIVITY OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ MAY MONITOR, REVIEW, ANALYSE, PRESERVE AND DISCLOSE TRANSACTIONAL AND OPERATIONAL INFORMATION FOR AML / CTF, FRAUD PREVENTION, COMPLIANCE OR LEGAL PURPOSES; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY FREEZE, DELAY, RESTRICT OR TERMINATE TRANSACTIONS, WALLETS, ACCOUNTS OR PAYOUTS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PAYMENT PROCESSORS, BANKING PARTNERS, COMPLIANCE PROVIDERS, REGULATORS OR AUTHORITIES MAY REQUIRE INVESTIGATIONS, RESTRICTIONS OR DISCLOSURES; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ RETAINS BROAD OPERATIONAL DISCRETION REGARDING PLATFORM SAFETY, FRAUD PREVENTION, FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY; AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PLATFORM SAFETY, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, FRAUD PREVENTION, PAYMENT-PROVIDER COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY TAKE PRIORITY OVER USER PREFERENCES OR COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain Wallet systems, compliance systems, fraud-prevention systems, monitoring systems, behavioural systems, analytics systems and associated intellectual property connected with Platform operations may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Policy exists to support: anti-money laundering compliance; counter-terrorism financing compliance; fraud prevention; transaction monitoring; Wallet monitoring; payment-provider compliance; operational integrity; chargeback prevention; financial crime prevention; sanctions compliance; suspicious activity investigations; regulatory cooperation; User safety; and Platform protection. 3. NATURE OF PLATFORM SERVICES 3.1 Technology Platform Only MyRoomz operates as a technology platform facilitating creator monetisation functionality. MyRoomz is not: a bank; a financial institution; a remittance provider; a cryptocurrency exchange; a stored-value facility; a managed investment scheme; a digital asset custody provider; a securities platform; or an investment service provider. 3.2 Wallet System Nature Wallet systems operate solely as internal operational utility systems facilitating Platform functionality. Wallet balances: are not bank deposits; do not generate interest; do not constitute investments; do not create fiduciary obligations; and are not protected by government guarantee schemes. 4. VERIFICATION & CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION 4.1 Verification Requirements Creators and certain Users may be required to complete identity verification procedures before accessing monetisation functionality. Verification systems may include: government-issued identification; facial verification; age verification; identity validation; fraud screening; behavioural screening; and compliance verification systems. 4.2 Third-Party Verification Providers Verification services may be conducted through approved third-party providers including: Veriff; Didit; or other approved verification providers. MyRoomz may receive: approval outcomes; rejection outcomes; operational verification confirmations; fraud indicators; and compliance-related verification data. 4.3 Refusal Rights MyRoomz may refuse, suspend or terminate access where: verification fails; verification appears manipulated; fraud indicators arise; suspicious behaviour is detected; compliance concerns exist; or operational integrity requires restriction. 5. TRANSACTION MONITORING 5.1 Monitoring Rights MyRoomz may monitor: Wallet activity; transaction activity; payout requests; subscription activity; tipping activity; livestream monetisation; auction activity; MyTreatz Contributions; Goal Contributions; cryptocurrency deposits; behavioural analytics; device activity; IP activity; VPN usage; geographic indicators; login history; operational anomalies; and suspicious behaviour. 5.2 Automated Systems Monitoring systems may utilise: behavioural analytics; fraud scoring; AI systems; machine-learning systems; operational risk systems; transaction anomaly systems; geographic risk systems; and automated fraud-detection systems. 5.3 No Monitoring Guarantee MyRoomz does not guarantee prevention of all: fraud; scams; chargebacks; financial crime; identity misuse; payment abuse; or unlawful activity. 6. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS 6.1 Supported Crypto Deposits The Platform may permit cryptocurrency deposits including: Bitcoin (BTC); Ethereum (ETH); USDT; and other approved cryptocurrencies. 6.2 Immediate Conversion Model Cryptocurrency deposits are converted into AUD at the applicable market value at the time of processing. 6.3 No Crypto Custody MyRoomz does not provide: cryptocurrency custody; exchange services; staking services; tokenised rewards; NFT functionality; blockchain investment products; or cryptocurrency investment services. 6.4 Blockchain Limitations Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may involve: public transaction visibility; irreversible transfers; third-party blockchain networks; and operational limitations outside MyRoomz control. 7. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY 7.1 Suspicious Activity Indicators MyRoomz may investigate activity including: rapid transaction patterns; unusual Wallet activity; repeated failed transactions; suspicious VPN usage; high-risk geographic activity; unusual payout requests; multiple-account behaviour; chargeback patterns; payment abuse; identity inconsistencies; account sharing abuse; artificial engagement patterns; behavioural anomalies; or activity reasonably considered suspicious. 7.2 Enforcement Rights MyRoomz may: freeze Wallet balances; delay payouts; restrict transactions; suspend monetisation; preserve evidence; suspend Accounts; terminate Accounts; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, AML / CTF compliance or operational integrity. 8. SANCTIONS & PROHIBITED ACTIVITY 8.1 Prohibited Use Users must not utilise the Platform for: money laundering; terrorism financing; fraud; identity theft; scams; sanctions evasion; unlawful financial activity; criminal proceeds handling; trafficking-related activity; exploitative conduct; unlawful payment processing; or activity prohibited by law. 8.2 Geographic Restrictions MyRoomz may restrict or terminate access relating to: sanctioned jurisdictions; prohibited territories; high-risk geographic regions; or jurisdictions restricted by payment providers or regulators. 9. PAYMENT PROCESSORS & FINANCIAL PARTNERS 9.1 Third-Party Providers MyRoomz may utilise: Bankful; payment gateways; banking providers; fraud-prevention providers; compliance providers; verification providers; and operational financial infrastructure providers. 9.2 Provider Requirements Users acknowledge that payment providers may impose: transaction restrictions; payout restrictions; reserve requirements; operational investigations; reversals; freezes; monitoring obligations; or compliance obligations. 9.3 Operational Cooperation MyRoomz may cooperate with payment providers regarding: fraud investigations; chargeback defence; compliance reviews; suspicious activity reviews; operational audits; and regulatory obligations. 10. RECORD KEEPING & DATA RETENTION 10.1 Retention Rights MyRoomz may preserve: transaction histories; Wallet activity; payout histories; verification records; moderation records; livestream metadata; AI interaction logs; behavioural analytics; device information; IP information; deleted Content; operational logs; and investigation records for AML / CTF, fraud prevention, compliance or legal purposes. 10.2 Retention Periods Financial and compliance-related information may be retained for: a minimum of 7 years; or longer where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention or operational integrity. 11. DISCLOSURE RIGHTS 11.1 Disclosure to Authorities MyRoomz may disclose relevant information to: AUSTRAC; regulators; law enforcement; courts; payment providers; financial institutions; fraud-prevention providers; compliance providers; or legal representatives where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, investigations or operational integrity. 11.2 Preservation Requests MyRoomz may preserve information subject to: legal holds; subpoenas; warrants; fraud investigations; payment-provider investigations; moderation investigations; or regulatory reviews. 12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES 12.1 Accurate Information Users must provide accurate and lawful information regarding: identity; verification; payment methods; Wallet usage; transaction activity; and taxation obligations. 12.2 Prohibited Behaviour Users must not: manipulate payment systems; evade restrictions; utilise stolen payment methods; abuse Wallet systems; engage in chargeback fraud; create fraudulent transactions; conceal identity unlawfully; or bypass compliance systems. 13. TAXATION & REPORTING 13.1 Creator Tax Responsibility Creators remain solely responsible for: income tax obligations; GST obligations; reporting obligations; invoicing obligations; and compliance with Australian Taxation Office requirements. 13.2 Platform Reporting Tools MyRoomz may provide reporting tools, invoices or transaction summaries for operational convenience only. MyRoomz does not provide: taxation advice; accounting advice; financial advice; or legal taxation advice. 14. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT 14.1 Broad Enforcement Rights MyRoomz retains broad operational discretion regarding: Wallet restrictions; payout restrictions; monetisation restrictions; transaction reversals; account suspensions; operational investigations; fraud investigations; evidence preservation; and compliance enforcement. 14.2 Immediate Enforcement MyRoomz may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect: Users; payment-provider relationships; Platform operations; legal compliance; operational integrity; or public safety. 15. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: uninterrupted Wallet functionality; uninterrupted payment processing; uninterrupted payout systems; prevention of all fraud; prevention of all financial crime; uninterrupted banking relationships; or uninterrupted operational integrity. Users acknowledge that online financial systems involve operational, technological and regulatory risks. 16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to AML / CTF systems; MyRoomz is not liable for payment-provider actions; MyRoomz is not liable for banking restrictions; MyRoomz is not liable for transaction interruptions; MyRoomz is not liable for fraud conducted by third parties; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from compliance systems, financial investigations or operational restrictions. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 17. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for interruptions, restrictions or operational failures arising from: cyber attacks; banking outages; payment-provider failures; blockchain failures; infrastructure outages; internet failures; regulatory changes; government actions; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 18. TERMINATION & SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Platform access where reasonably necessary for: AML / CTF compliance; fraud prevention; operational integrity; moderation; legal compliance; or payment-provider protection. The following survive termination: evidence preservation rights; disclosure rights; liability limitations; compliance obligations; chargeback rights; and indemnities. 19. GOVERNING LAW This AML / CTF Compliance Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 20.
