MYROOMZ — MODERATION POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS MODERATION POLICY GOVERNS ALL CONTENT MODERATION, ACCOUNT ENFORCEMENT, SAFETY REVIEW, PLATFORM INVESTIGATIONS, AI-ASSISTED MODERATION, USER REPORTING, LIVESTREAM MODERATION, WALLET RESTRICTIONS, DISCOVERABILITY CONTROLS, PLATFORM SAFETY SYSTEMS AND RELATED OPERATIONAL ENFORCEMENT PROCESSES OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS MODERATION POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS MODERATION POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS MODERATION POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ RETAINS BROAD OPERATIONAL DISCRETION REGARDING PLATFORM MODERATION, SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MODERATION MAY OCCUR THROUGH HUMAN REVIEW, AI SYSTEMS, AUTOMATED SYSTEMS OR OUTSOURCED MODERATION PROVIDERS; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CONTENT, ACCOUNTS, WALLET ACCESS, MONETISATION ACCESS, LIVESTREAM FUNCTIONALITY OR PLATFORM VISIBILITY MAY BE RESTRICTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY PRESERVE, ANALYSE, INVESTIGATE AND DISCLOSE PLATFORM DATA FOR MODERATION, SAFETY, COMPLIANCE OR LEGAL PURPOSES; AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PLATFORM SAFETY, USER PROTECTION, PAYMENT-PROVIDER COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE MAY TAKE PRIORITY OVER USER PREFERENCES OR COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MODERATION POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain moderation systems, behavioural systems, AI moderation systems, operational infrastructure, fraud-prevention systems and associated intellectual property connected with Platform moderation may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. PURPOSE OF MODERATION This Moderation Policy exists to: maintain Platform safety; protect Users; protect creators; protect Fans; reduce fraud; reduce abuse; support payment-provider compliance; support legal compliance; support operational integrity; reduce platform risk; support child safety obligations; support moderation consistency; and maintain commercially sustainable Platform operations. 3. NATURE OF PLATFORM MODERATION 3.1 Operational Discretion Users acknowledge and agree that MyRoomz retains broad operational discretion regarding: content visibility; discoverability; account restrictions; Wallet access; monetisation access; livestream functionality; AI functionality; auction functionality; creator visibility; search visibility; and Platform participation. 3.2 Conditional Access Users acknowledge that: Platform access is conditional; monetisation access is conditional; creator visibility is conditional; livestream access is conditional; Wallet functionality is conditional; and discoverability is conditional. MyRoomz may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary for moderation, compliance or operational purposes. 4. MODERATION METHODS 4.1 Moderation Systems Moderation may occur through: internal moderation teams; operational staff; AI-assisted moderation systems; behavioural analysis systems; automated moderation systems; outsourced moderation providers; livestream moderation systems; fraud-detection systems; reporting systems; and operational analytics systems. 4.2 AI-Assisted Moderation AI systems may assist with: behavioural analysis; risk analysis; spam detection; livestream moderation; fraud detection; moderation prioritisation; operational analytics; content categorisation; and safety analysis. 4.3 No Guarantee of Perfect Accuracy Users acknowledge that moderation systems, including AI systems, may: produce false positives; produce false negatives; produce inconsistent outcomes; evolve operationally; or require human review. MyRoomz does not guarantee perfect moderation accuracy. 5. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT Users must not utilise the Platform for: unlawful conduct; child exploitation; underage material; non-consensual intimate imagery; coercive conduct; exploitation; trafficking; scams; fraud; blackmail; harassment; doxxing; unlawful threats; prohibited solicitation; payment abuse; chargeback abuse; impersonation; malware distribution; system abuse; or conduct breaching Platform rules or applicable laws. 6. CHILD SAFETY AND HIGH-RISK CONTENT 6.1 Zero-Tolerance Position MyRoomz maintains a strict zero-tolerance position relating to: child exploitation; underage material; grooming behaviour; exploitative content; trafficking-related conduct; coercive content; and unlawful exploitative activity. 6.2 Immediate Enforcement Rights MyRoomz may immediately: suspend Accounts; terminate Accounts; preserve evidence; freeze Wallet balances; remove Content; disable monetisation; restrict livestream access; and cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for child safety or serious safety concerns. 6.3 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve: messages; livestream metadata; moderation logs; AI interaction logs; operational analytics; Wallet activity; device information; IP addresses; behavioural records; and deleted Content for legal compliance or safety purposes. 7. LIVESTREAM MODERATION 7.1 Real-Time Moderation Livestreams may be monitored through: human moderation; AI moderation; behavioural systems; livestream reporting systems; automated moderation systems; and operational moderation tools. 7.2 Livestream Enforcement MyRoomz may: interrupt livestreams; pause livestreams; terminate livestreams; remove livestream visibility; disable monetisation; suspend creators; or preserve livestream records where reasonably necessary for moderation or compliance purposes. 8. CONTENT VISIBILITY AND DISCOVERABILITY 8.1 Visibility Controls MyRoomz may: limit discoverability; reduce visibility; restrict recommendations; limit search indexing; remove promotional visibility; restrict livestream discoverability; or alter engagement visibility where reasonably necessary for moderation, operational integrity or compliance purposes. 8.2 No Guaranteed Reach MyRoomz does not guarantee: visibility; discoverability; recommendation placement; engagement levels; algorithmic exposure; livestream promotion; or monetisation outcomes. 9. WALLET, MONETISATION AND PAYMENT MODERATION 9.1 Wallet Restrictions MyRoomz may: freeze Wallet balances; suspend payouts; reverse transactions; delay withdrawals; restrict monetisation; or investigate payment activity where reasonably necessary for: fraud prevention; moderation; chargeback investigations; AML/CTF compliance; legal compliance; operational integrity; or payment-provider requirements. 9.2 Monetisation Restrictions MyRoomz may suspend or restrict monetisation where reasonably necessary to protect: Users; payment-provider relationships; operational integrity; legal compliance; or Platform safety. 10. AI SYSTEMS AND MODERATION 10.1 AI Monitoring Rights MyRoomz may monitor: AI interactions; AI-generated responses; behavioural patterns; AI-assisted monetisation; moderation triggers; and AI operational analytics. 10.2 AI Enforcement MyRoomz may: disable AI systems; restrict AI functionality; retrain AI systems; remove AI-generated content; preserve AI interaction logs; or suspend AI-related functionality where reasonably necessary for moderation or safety purposes. 11. USER REPORTING SYSTEMS 11.1 Reporting Rights Users may report: Content; livestreams; creators; Fans; messages; auctions; scams; harassment; impersonation; external conduct; or suspected policy breaches. 11.2 Report Review Reports may be reviewed by: moderation teams; operational staff; compliance teams; AI moderation systems; outsourced moderation providers; or legal representatives. 11.3 No Guaranteed Action Submission of a report does not guarantee: removal outcomes; enforcement action; suspension outcomes; or disclosure of investigation details. 12. INVESTIGATIONS 12.1 Investigation Rights MyRoomz may investigate: moderation reports; suspicious activity; fraud; payment abuse; chargebacks; behavioural anomalies; livestream conduct; auction conduct; AI interactions; operational anomalies; and potential policy breaches. 12.2 Operational Data Review MyRoomz may analyse: messaging history; livestream metadata; AI interaction logs; transaction histories; Wallet activity; behavioural analytics; device information; IP information; moderation history; and operational logs during investigations. 13. DATA PRESERVATION AND LEGAL HOLDS 13.1 Preservation Rights MyRoomz may preserve: deleted Content; moderation records; livestream metadata; Wallet activity; messages; AI interaction logs; account history; operational analytics; and behavioural data for moderation, investigations, compliance, fraud prevention or legal purposes. 13.2 Disclosure Rights MyRoomz may disclose information to: law enforcement; regulators; payment providers; fraud-prevention providers; compliance providers; legal advisors; or courts where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, investigations or operational integrity. 14. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATION 14.1 Enforcement Actions MyRoomz may: remove Content; freeze Wallet balances; suspend monetisation; restrict discoverability; disable livestreams; suspend Accounts; terminate Accounts; restrict AI functionality; or preserve operational data without prior notice where reasonably necessary. 14.2 Repeat Offenders Repeated policy breaches may result in: escalating restrictions; permanent monetisation removal; permanent livestream removal; permanent discoverability restrictions; or permanent Account termination. 15. PAYMENT-PROVIDER AND COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS Users acknowledge that moderation systems may be influenced by: payment-provider requirements; banking requirements; fraud-prevention obligations; AML/CTF obligations; card-scheme obligations; legal obligations; regulatory requirements; and operational risk assessments. MyRoomz may take moderation action to maintain operational and payment-provider relationships. 16. APPEALS Certain moderation decisions may be eligible for appeal subject to the Platform Appeals Policy. MyRoomz retains final operational discretion regarding moderation outcomes, compliance actions and safety-related enforcement. 17. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: uninterrupted moderation; perfect moderation accuracy; prevention of all harmful conduct; prevention of all scams; prevention of all piracy; prevention of all unlawful conduct; or uninterrupted operational integrity. Users acknowledge that online platforms involve operational, interpersonal, technological and behavioural risks. 18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to moderation systems; MyRoomz is not liable for moderation outcomes; MyRoomz is not liable for discoverability restrictions; MyRoomz is not liable for monetisation restrictions; MyRoomz is not liable for Account suspensions; MyRoomz is not liable for operational enforcement decisions; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from moderation or enforcement activity. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 19. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for moderation failures or operational interruptions arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; payment-provider failures; internet outages; regulatory changes; government actions; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 20. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Platform access at any time where reasonably necessary for moderation, compliance, fraud prevention, operational integrity or safety purposes. The following survive termination: moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; liability limitations; dispute rights; compliance obligations; and indemnities. 21. GOVERNING LAW This Moderation Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 22.
