Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS CREATOR TO CREATOR CONSENT POLICY (“POLICY”) GOVERNS ALL MULTI-CREATOR CONTENT, CREATOR COLLABORATIONS, JOINT LIVESTREAMS, SHARED CONTENT, TAGGED PARTICIPATION, MULTI-PERSON MEDIA, CREATOR APPROVAL WORKFLOWS, PARTICIPANT CONSENT SYSTEMS, COLLABORATIVE MONETISATION, AI-LIKENESS RIGHTS, PARTICIPANT RELEASES AND RELATED CREATOR-TO-CREATOR INTERACTIONS OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PERSONS APPEARING IN CREATOR CONTENT MUST PROVIDE LAWFUL CONSENT; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CREATORS REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING VALID CONSENT AND RELEASE AUTHORITY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ FACILITATES CONSENT WORKFLOWS AS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ALL REAL-WORLD CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING CONTENT CREATION OR PARTICIPANT CONDUCT; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ MAY REMOVE, RESTRICT, PRESERVE, REVIEW OR DISCLOSE CONTENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO MAINTAIN VALID CONSENT MAY RESULT IN CONTENT REMOVAL, MONETISATION RESTRICTIONS, WALLET RESTRICTIONS, ACCOUNT TERMINATION OR LEGAL ESCALATION; AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT USER SAFETY, CHILD SAFETY, PAYMENT-PROVIDER COMPLIANCE, LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY TAKE PRIORITY OVER COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES OR USER PREFERENCES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain moderation systems, consent systems, behavioural systems, livestream systems, AI systems, creator-management systems and associated intellectual property connected with Platform operations may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Policy exists to support: lawful creator collaborations; creator consent management; participant verification; moderation enforcement; non-consensual content prevention; creator safety; child safety obligations; payment-provider compliance; fraud prevention; operational integrity; creator dispute management; and legal compliance. 3. APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY 3.1 Scope This Policy applies to: creator collaborations; multi-person content; collaborative uploads; collaborative livestreams; tagged creator content; co-created media; creator guest appearances; collaborative monetisation; AI-assisted collaborative systems; creator-to-creator uploads; and all content containing multiple participants. 3.2 Adults-Only Requirement All creators and participants appearing in collaborative content must be at least 18 years old. 4. CREATOR COLLABORATIONS 4.1 Collaborative Participation Creators may voluntarily participate in collaborative content with other verified creators subject to: Platform policies; moderation requirements; consent obligations; identity verification requirements; and applicable laws. 4.2 Independent Responsibility Each participating creator remains independently responsible for: lawful participation; lawful conduct; consent obligations; uploaded content; moderation compliance; taxation obligations; advertising compliance; and compliance with Platform policies. 5. PLATFORM CONSENT WORKFLOW 5.1 Consent-by-Design System MyRoomz utilises operational consent workflows designed to support: lawful creator participation; participant visibility; moderation enforcement; evidence preservation; anti-image-abuse compliance; non-consensual content prevention; operational integrity; and legal compliance. 5.2 Solo vs Collaborative Declaration Creators uploading content may be required to declare whether content contains: solo participation; collaborative participation; tagged creators; third-party appearances; or multiple participants. Creators warrant that all declarations are truthful, accurate and lawful. 6. TAGGED CREATOR APPROVAL SYSTEM 6.1 Pending Approval State Collaborative content may enter a pending approval state prior to publication. Pending content may remain: unpublished; undiscoverable; non-monetisable; and inaccessible to Fans until consent workflows are completed. 6.2 Tagged Creator Notifications Tagged creators may receive: in-platform notifications; email notifications; approval requests; participation confirmations; or moderation requests. 6.3 Full-Resolution Review Tagged creators may be permitted to review full-resolution media prior to approval to ensure informed consent regarding participation and publication. 7. APPROVAL & REJECTION RIGHTS 7.1 Creator Approval Rights Tagged creators may: approve participation; reject participation; dispute uploads; report concerns; or request moderation review. 7.2 Rejection Outcomes Where a tagged creator rejects participation, MyRoomz may: prevent publication; disable monetisation; restrict visibility; preserve evidence; remove content; suspend involved accounts; or escalate the matter for moderation review. 7.3 No Guaranteed Publication Completion of consent workflows does not guarantee content publication. MyRoomz retains final operational discretion regarding moderation and Platform compliance. 8. CREATOR RELEASE WARRANTIES 8.1 Upload Warranties Creators uploading collaborative content warrant that: all participants are adults; all participants voluntarily participated; all participants consented to upload and monetisation; all participants consented to livestream participation where applicable; all participants consented to Platform distribution; and sufficient release authority exists. 8.2 Ongoing Consent Creators warrant that consent remains valid at the time content is: uploaded; livestreamed; monetised; redistributed; reused; repurposed; or commercially exploited. 9. CONSENT RECORD RETENTION 9.1 Permanent Consent Evidence Users acknowledge that consent-related records may be retained for: moderation; legal compliance; fraud prevention; dispute resolution; NCII investigations; chargeback defence; operational integrity; and regulatory compliance. 9.2 Preserved Information Consent-related records may include: approval timestamps; rejection timestamps; uploaded media references; moderation logs; account identifiers; IP addresses; device information; behavioural analytics; verification outcomes; and operational logs. 10. REVOCATION & WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS 10.1 Revocation Rights Creators may submit requests relating to: revoked consent; disputed uploads; unauthorised uploads; impersonation; non-consensual content; or unlawful participation. 10.2 Investigation Rights MyRoomz may: preserve evidence; review records; request additional information; suspend monetisation; remove content; restrict visibility; freeze Wallet balances; or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary. 10.3 No Guaranteed Outcome Submission of a revocation request does not guarantee: immediate removal; permanent deletion; account termination; or specific enforcement outcomes. 11. LIVESTREAM COLLABORATIONS 11.1 Collaborative Livestreams Creators participating in collaborative livestreams warrant that: all participants consent to livestream participation; all participants are adults; all participants comply with Platform policies; and livestream activity complies with applicable laws. 11.2 Enforcement Rights MyRoomz may: interrupt livestreams; terminate livestreams; preserve livestream metadata; disable monetisation; restrict creator access; or investigate livestream activity without prior notice where reasonably necessary. 12. AI LIKENESS & CREATOR REPLICATION 12.1 AI Restrictions Creators must not utilise AI systems to: impersonate other creators without consent; generate fake creator collaborations; create deceptive collaborative content; manipulate likeness rights unlawfully; or create fraudulent creator media. 12.2 AI-Assisted Creator Systems Approved AI systems including Indie AI remain subject to: creator control; moderation review; operational monitoring; Platform policies; and legal compliance. 13. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT 13.1 Strict Prohibition The Platform strictly prohibits: non-consensual uploads; revenge pornography; exploitative uploads; coercive participation; hidden recordings; manipulated intimate media; impersonation; or unlawful exploitative content. 13.2 Immediate Enforcement MyRoomz may immediately: remove content; suspend accounts; freeze Wallet balances; preserve evidence; disable monetisation; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance. 14. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT 14.1 Broad Enforcement Rights MyRoomz retains broad operational discretion regarding: content moderation; creator disputes; consent investigations; Wallet restrictions; monetisation restrictions; discoverability restrictions; livestream restrictions; evidence preservation; and operational enforcement. 14.2 Fraudulent Consent Activity Creators must not: falsify consent; manipulate approvals; impersonate creators; create fraudulent approvals; utilise fake accounts; or interfere with consent workflows. Fraudulent consent activity may result in: immediate suspension; permanent termination; Wallet freezes; monetisation restrictions; legal escalation; or referral to authorities. 15. DATA RETENTION & DISCLOSURE 15.1 Preservation Rights MyRoomz may preserve: uploaded content; deleted content; moderation records; livestream metadata; behavioural analytics; AI interaction logs; account history; verification records; IP information; device information; and operational logs for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance or operational integrity purposes. 15.2 Disclosure Rights MyRoomz may disclose relevant information to: regulators; law enforcement; courts; payment providers; fraud-prevention providers; legal representatives; or compliance providers where reasonably necessary for investigations or legal compliance. 16. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: prevention of all unlawful uploads; prevention of all impersonation; prevention of all non-consensual content; uninterrupted moderation systems; or uninterrupted operational integrity. Users acknowledge that online platforms involve operational, behavioural and technological risks. 17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to creator collaboration systems or consent systems; MyRoomz is not liable for creator misconduct; MyRoomz is not liable for third-party misconduct; MyRoomz is not liable for unlawful redistribution; MyRoomz is not liable for off-platform conduct; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from creator collaborations, consent disputes or moderation activity. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 18. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for interruptions or operational failures arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; payment-provider failures; internet outages; government actions; regulatory changes; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 19. TERMINATION & SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Platform access where reasonably necessary for: moderation; consent investigations; fraud prevention; operational integrity; legal compliance; or Platform protection. The following survive termination: evidence preservation rights; disclosure rights; liability limitations; moderation rights; compliance obligations; and indemnities. 20. GOVERNING LAW This Creator to Creator Consent Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 21.
