MYROOMZ — AI POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS AI POLICY GOVERNS THE USE OF ALL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATED RESPONSE SYSTEMS, MACHINE-LEARNING SYSTEMS, BEHAVIOURAL MODELS, RECOMMENDATION SYSTEMS, AUTOMATED MODERATION SYSTEMS AND AI-ENHANCED FUNCTIONALITY OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM INCLUDING INDIE AI. BY ACCESSING, INTERACTING WITH OR OTHERWISE USING AI-RELATED FUNCTIONALITY ON THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS AI POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AI POLICY; YOU CONSENT TO AI-ASSISTED INTERACTIONS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI SYSTEMS MAY GENERATE RESPONSES, CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS OR AUTOMATED INTERACTIONS; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT AI SYSTEMS MAY UTILISE HISTORICAL INTERACTION DATA, CREATOR INPUTS, OPERATIONAL DATA AND BEHAVIOURAL ANALYTICS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI SYSTEMS MAY BE IMPERFECT, INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT AI SYSTEMS ARE PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT, OPERATIONAL, MODERATION, ENGAGEMENT AND PLATFORM FUNCTIONALITY PURPOSES ONLY; AND YOU AGREE THAT MYROOMZ MAY MODIFY, SUSPEND, REMOVE OR ALTER AI SYSTEMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT LIABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AI POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING AI-RELATED FUNCTIONALITY ON THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain AI systems, machine-learning systems, behavioural systems, moderation systems, recommendation systems, operational infrastructure and associated intellectual property connected with the Platform may be owned by, licensed from or otherwise associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY This AI Policy applies to: Indie AI; creator-trained AI systems; AI messaging systems; recommendation systems; moderation systems; operational analytics systems; behavioural systems; automated assistance systems; AI-enhanced creator tools; future AI products; experimental AI systems; and associated machine-learning technologies operated through the Platform. This AI Policy applies to: Fans; Creators; Agents; delegated staff users; moderators; and any person interacting with AI systems on the Platform. 3. NATURE OF INDIE AI 3.1 Creator-Controlled AI Indie AI is a creator-controlled AI interaction system designed to: improve engagement continuity; reduce unattended messaging; support creator operations; improve fan interaction continuity; improve operational efficiency; and support creator monetisation systems. 3.2 Creator Inputs Creators may provide: personality information; behavioural preferences; communication styles; historical conversations; engagement examples; contextual guidance; operational instructions; and behavioural configuration settings to influence AI interaction behaviour. 3.3 Segmented Fan Memory Indie AI systems may utilise segmented interaction memory designed to maintain continuity between: individual Fans; and specific creators. Interaction memory is intended to operate on a fan-specific basis and may not transfer between Users. 4. AI INTERACTION DISCLOSURES 4.1 AI-Generated Interactions Users acknowledge and agree that certain Platform interactions may be generated or assisted by: AI systems; machine-learning systems; automated response systems; delegated staff users; moderators; or creator-authorised personnel. 4.2 AI Indicators The Platform may display indicators distinguishing between: creator-generated interactions; delegated staff interactions; and AI-generated interactions. 4.3 No Human Interaction Guarantee MyRoomz does not guarantee that interactions are: personally authored by creators; manually typed by creators; generated without AI assistance; or conducted without delegated staff involvement. 5. AI OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS 5.1 AI Accuracy Users acknowledge and agree that AI systems: may produce inaccurate responses; may generate incorrect information; may misunderstand context; may fail to maintain continuity; may generate repetitive responses; may generate incomplete responses; may fail to recognise nuance; and may operate unpredictably. 5.2 No Emotional Reliance Users acknowledge that AI systems are: entertainment tools; operational tools; engagement systems; and automated interaction systems only. Users must not rely upon AI systems for: therapy; counselling; mental health support; medical advice; financial advice; legal advice; emotional dependency; or guarantees of personal relationships. 5.3 AI Continuity Limitations MyRoomz does not guarantee: uninterrupted AI functionality; permanent AI memory retention; continuity of AI personality behaviour; recovery of historical AI memory; behavioural consistency; or operational permanence of AI systems. AI systems may: reset; evolve; be retrained; be modified; lose historical context; revert to prior operational states; or experience technical failures. 6. AI TRAINING, DATA AND MEMORY 6.1 AI Inputs and Training Data AI systems may utilise: creator-provided information; creator-uploaded training data; prior conversations; interaction patterns; fan-specific history; contextual behavioural information; engagement metrics; moderation information; and operational analytics. 6.2 AI Memory Systems AI systems may maintain: contextual memory; interaction continuity data; behavioural continuity systems; segmented fan memory; and operational interaction history. 6.3 Memory Failures Users acknowledge and agree that: AI memory may be incomplete; AI memory may fail; AI memory may become corrupted; AI memory may be reset; AI memory may revert to previous operational states; and AI continuity may not be permanent. 6.4 Backup and Recovery Systems MyRoomz may maintain: operational backups; AI recovery states; moderation archives; operational logs; and historical interaction records for operational, moderation, compliance, safety or development purposes. 7. AI MONITORING, MODERATION AND COMPLIANCE 7.1 Monitoring Rights MyRoomz may monitor: AI interactions; AI-generated responses; moderation triggers; behavioural indicators; suspicious activity; operational anomalies; and compliance risks. 7.2 Moderation Rights MyRoomz may: restrict AI functionality; suspend AI systems; remove AI-generated material; retrain AI systems; disable AI access; investigate AI interactions; or preserve AI interaction evidence where reasonably necessary for: moderation; fraud prevention; legal compliance; operational integrity; safety; investigations; or platform protection. 7.3 Compliance Cooperation MyRoomz may preserve or disclose AI-related information where reasonably necessary for: law enforcement cooperation; investigations; legal obligations; child safety; NCII investigations; moderation reviews; or platform safety. 8. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Creators remain fully responsible for: AI training inputs; behavioural settings; creator instructions; moderation oversight; operational configuration; compliance with laws; and AI-enabled interactions conducted through their account. Creators must not intentionally use AI systems to: impersonate other persons; commit fraud; mislead Users unlawfully; conduct scams; generate unlawful content; facilitate exploitation; or breach Platform rules. 9. FAN RESPONSIBILITIES Fans must not: attempt to manipulate AI systems unlawfully; exploit AI vulnerabilities; bypass Platform protections; engage in harassment; use AI systems for unlawful conduct; attempt to extract operational data; attempt to clone AI systems externally; or misuse AI-generated interactions. 10. AI RESEARCH, ANALYTICS AND DEVELOPMENT 10.1 Research and Development Rights MyRoomz may utilise: anonymised behavioural data; interaction patterns; operational analytics; moderation analytics; AI interaction data; engagement metrics; and aggregated usage information for: AI improvement; moderation enhancement; fraud prevention; operational analytics; recommendation systems; behavioural systems; platform optimisation; and research and development. 10.2 No Export Rights Users are not guaranteed rights to: export AI systems; export AI memory; export behavioural models; export operational logic; or clone Platform AI systems externally. 11. EXPERIMENTAL AI SYSTEMS MyRoomz may introduce: beta AI systems; experimental AI systems; evolving machine-learning systems; automated moderation systems; recommendation systems; AI-generated creator tools; and future AI functionality without prior notice. Experimental systems may: malfunction; evolve unpredictably; contain errors; change behaviour; be discontinued; or be removed entirely. 12. AI LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz does not guarantee AI accuracy; MyRoomz does not guarantee emotional continuity; MyRoomz does not guarantee uninterrupted AI functionality; MyRoomz is not liable for emotional reliance on AI systems; MyRoomz is not liable for AI-generated inaccuracies; MyRoomz is not liable for AI hallucinations or contextual failures; and AI systems are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Nothing in this AI Policy excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 13. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for AI-related interruptions, failures or operational issues arising from: infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; cyber attacks; operational disruptions; moderation actions; AI provider changes; technical failures; internet outages; or events beyond reasonable control. 14. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend, restrict or terminate AI functionality at any time where reasonably necessary for: moderation; fraud prevention; legal compliance; investigations; operational integrity; safety; or platform protection. The following survive termination: moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; operational analytics rights; indemnities; liability limitations; and compliance obligations. 15. GOVERNING LAW This AI Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 16.
