MyRoomz Community GuidelinesEffective as of: 1 January 2026
Welcome to MyRoomz Pty Ltd — Australia’s premier adult fan-based subscription platform. We are committed to building a safe, respectful, and empowering space for creators and subscribers within the framework of Australian Federal law, state regulations, and industry best practices.
These Community Guidelines outline what is and is not allowed on the platform. All users — including Creators, Fans, and visitors — are expected to read and comply with these Guidelines.
These Guidelines operate alongside the Terms of Use and are enforceable under those terms. Breaches of these Guidelines may also constitute breaches of the Consent for Intimate Images Policy or the Copyright Infringement and Takedown Policy, and may result in enforcement action under the Terms of Use. In the event on any inconsistency between these Guidelines and the Terms of Use, the Consent for Intimate Images Policy or the Copyright Infringement and Takedown Policy (Other Agreements) the terms of the Other Agreements will prevail.
Words used as defined terms in these Guidelines but not defined take their meaning from the Terms of Use.
Version: 1.0Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, with legal proceedings resolved in the state of Western Australia.
All Users must comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, including but not limited to:
Australian Consumer Law (under Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)
Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)
Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth)
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (Cth)
and all relevant state legislation.
All Content and User activity must comply with all applicable legislation. Breaches will be escalated to law enforcement or the eSafety Commissioner where appropriate.
All Creators and individuals featured in any Content must be 18 years or older.
Users must confirm and verify their age to access adult content.
MyRoomz will verify identities using government-issued identification before approving Creator accounts.
All participants in Content must give informed, voluntary, and documented consent.
Creators must retain proof of consent (e.g. signed release forms).
Content involving non-consensual activity, coercion, or underage individuals (even simulated) is strictly prohibited.
Sharing non-consensual intimate images (NCII) is a crime and will be referred to the eSafety Commissioner.
You may not post or promote the following:
Content involving persons under 18 (including past Content)
Non-consensual sexual activity or simulated assault
Bestiality, incest, or necrophilia
Hate speech, racism, bigotry, or promotion of terrorism
Self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts
Use of real weapons, drugs, or illegal activity
Content created using deepfake or AI technology that impersonates real individuals without theirConsent
Content which infringes or attempts to infringe MyRoomz intellectual property (including copying or scraping MyRoomz Materials, branding or UI]
Harassment, stalking, doxxing, bullying, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.
Impersonating other Users, celebrities, or MyRoomz staff is not allowed.
Posting private personal data of others (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) is banned.
Spam, scams, or phishing attempts will result in immediate account termination.
Fans must:
Never download, screen record, or distribute Content from the platform.
Respect the boundaries and rules set by Creators.
Not attempt to contact Creators outside the platform without Consent.
Not tip or request Content in a way that pressures or coerces Creators.
Understand that all Content is licensed for personal and non-commercial use only.
Creators must:
Abide by all relevant state and federal laws.
Only upload Content they legally own or have the rights to.
Clearly mark mature, fetish, or extreme Content.
Promptly withdraw or disable access to any Content if a featured individual revokes Consent, and comply with any direction from MyRoomz to remove, geo-block or restrict that Content (whether or not Consent has been withdrawn)
Understand they retain copyright to their Content, but grant MyRoomz a license to distribute it through the platform.
MyRoomz charges a 10% platform commission on all earnings.
Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.
A minimum withdrawal amount of $20 AUD may apply.
Creators are responsible for reporting income to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and registering for GST if they exceed the threshold.
Any third-party tools or integrations (e.g. scheduling, links, tipping) must not violate these Guidelines.
MyRoomz is not responsible for, and to the maximum extent permitted by law disclaims all liability in relation to, any Content, privacy practices, conduct or transactions occurring off-platform, including via third-party tools or integrations, even if they are linked to or referenced from MyRoomz .
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Notwithstanding account deletion, MyRoomz may retain account, transaction, payout, moderation and Content metadata for up to 12 months, or for such longer period as is required under Australian telecommunications, tax, financial-services, AML/CTF or law-enforcement obligations, or where reasonably required for dispute resolution or to protect MyRoomz’s legal interests.
To report abuse, prohibited Content, or Consent violations:

Appeals regarding account actions can be submitted to appeals@myroomz.com.au
Reports will be reviewed within 3 Business Days, and violations may result in suspension or legal referral. MyRoomz may deprioritise or decline to investigate reports that are incomplete, malicious, repetitive or outside Australian jurisdiction
MyRoomz reserves the right to remove Content, suspend accounts, or deny access at its sole discretion if behaviour or content violates our standards— including conduct or Content that is not explicitly listed in these Guidelines but which, in MyRoomz’s reasonable opinion, may expose MyRoomz, its Users or the public to harm, regulatory risk or legal liability. MyRoomz is not required to provide reasons before taking such action.
Violations of these Guidelines may result in:
Content takedown
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Reporting to the eSafety Commissioner, ACORN, or Australian Federal Police
Legal or civil proceedings
MyRoomz’s decisions under these Community Guidelines are final and may be implemented immediately.
MyRoomz reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
