MYROOMZ — CHARGEBACKS & TAX POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS CHARGEBACKS & TAX POLICY GOVERNS PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS, REFUNDS, WALLET REVERSALS, FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS, CREATOR PAYOUTS, TAXATION OBLIGATIONS, GST OBLIGATIONS, FINANCIAL REPORTING AND RELATED FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ON THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING, USING OR PARTICIPATING IN PLATFORM PAYMENT SYSTEMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS, REVERSALS, COMPLIANCE REVIEWS OR FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY FREEZE, REVERSE, OFFSET OR RESTRICT WALLET BALANCES WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CREATORS REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TAXATION OBLIGATIONS; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ DOES NOT PROVIDE TAXATION, FINANCIAL OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PAYMENT PROCESSORS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, CRYPTOCURRENCY PROCESSORS OR REGULATORY AUTHORITIES MAY REQUIRE INVESTIGATIONS, HOLDS, REVERSALS OR DISCLOSURES RELATING TO TRANSACTIONS OR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING PLATFORM PAYMENT FUNCTIONALITY. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain Wallet systems, payment systems, moderation systems, fraud-prevention systems, operational infrastructure and associated intellectual property connected with the Platform may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY This Policy applies to: Wallet balances; subscriptions; livestream purchases; tips; Treat Contributions; Goal Contributions; auction payments; creator payouts; cryptocurrency deposits; payment disputes; chargebacks; Wallet reversals; taxation obligations; GST obligations; invoices; reporting systems; and all related financial activity conducted through the Platform. This Policy operates together with: Terms of Use; Privacy Policy; Wallet Terms; Fan / Creator Agreement; AML/CTF Policies; and associated operational policies. 3. NATURE OF DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS 3.1 Digital Platform Transactions Transactions conducted through the Platform generally relate to: digital access; digital interaction; digital entertainment; creator engagement; livestream participation; digital subscriptions; digital content access; and creator monetisation systems. 3.2 No Ownership Transfer Digital purchases generally provide limited Digital Entitlements only and do not transfer: ownership rights; intellectual property rights; permanent archival rights; or transferable rights. 3.3 Independent Creator Relationship Creators operate independently and remain solely responsible for: creator pricing; creator taxation; creator fulfilment; creator representations; creator conduct; creator business obligations; and creator legal compliance. 4. GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS 4.1 Payment Providers Payments may be processed through: Bankful; NOWPayments; financial institutions; payment gateways; banking infrastructure providers; and associated payment infrastructure systems. MyRoomz does not directly operate: banking services; cryptocurrency exchanges; stored-value facilities; or financial investment products. 4.2 Payment Processing Risks Users acknowledge risks associated with: processor outages; banking delays; blockchain delays; fraud investigations; compliance holds; operational interruptions; technical failures; and third-party payment restrictions. 4.3 Transaction Finality Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise: subscriptions are non-refundable; digital purchases are non-refundable; livestream purchases are non-refundable; cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible; tips are non-refundable; and Treat Contributions and Goal Contributions are generally non-refundable. 5. CHARGEBACK POLICY 5.1 Nature of Chargebacks A chargeback occurs where: a payment is disputed; a transaction is reversed; a payment provider recalls funds; a bank reverses funds; or a payment network initiates a reversal process. 5.2 Creator Responsibility Creators acknowledge and agree that: chargebacks may be deducted from creator balances; future earnings may offset negative balances; payouts may be delayed during investigations; Wallet balances may be frozen pending review; and creators remain financially responsible for disputed transactions connected with their monetisation activity. 5.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks Fans must not engage in: fraudulent chargebacks; payment abuse; transaction manipulation; friendly fraud; misuse of payment systems; or attempts to obtain free access through payment reversals. MyRoomz may investigate suspected fraudulent chargeback activity and may: suspend Accounts; preserve evidence; freeze Wallet balances; terminate monetisation access; cooperate with payment providers; cooperate with law enforcement; or pursue recovery action. 6. CHARGEBACK INVESTIGATIONS 6.1 Investigation Rights MyRoomz may investigate: disputed transactions; suspicious activity; payment manipulation; unusual spending behaviour; refund abuse; account abuse; fraud indicators; and Wallet anomalies. 6.2 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve: messages; transaction logs; IP addresses; login records; livestream metadata; AI interaction logs; moderation records; operational logs; and engagement analytics for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, moderation, compliance or legal purposes. 6.3 Disclosure Rights MyRoomz may disclose relevant information to: payment processors; financial institutions; fraud-prevention providers; compliance providers; legal advisors; regulators; law enforcement; or courts Where reasonably necessary for investigations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, moderation, operational integrity, dispute resolution or the investigation and defence of payment disputes or chargebacks, MyRoomz reserves the right to collect, preserve, analyse, utilise and disclose all relevant operational, transactional, behavioural and communication data connected with a transaction, Account or User interaction. This may include, without limitation, transaction histories, Wallet activity, IP addresses, device information, login history, approximate location data, VPN detection information, livestream metadata, moderation records, behavioural analytics, historical purchase activity, conversational history, messaging logs, AI interaction logs, engagement records, account activity, subscription history and any other operational data reasonably necessary to investigate, dispute, challenge or defend a chargeback or suspected fraudulent activity. Users acknowledge and agree that MyRoomz may provide such information to financial institutions, payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, regulators, law enforcement agencies or other relevant third parties for the purposes of recovering disputed funds, responding to investigations, defending chargebacks or complying with legal or regulatory obligations. 7. WALLET FREEZES, HOLDS AND REVERSALS 7.1 Operational Rights MyRoomz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: freeze Wallet balances; reverse transactions; delay payouts; restrict withdrawals; suspend monetisation; preserve balances; place accounts under review; or offset future earnings where reasonably necessary for: fraud prevention; chargeback investigations; moderation; AML/CTF compliance; legal compliance; payment-provider requirements; operational integrity; or platform protection. 7.2 Negative Balances Creators acknowledge and agree that: negative Wallet balances may occur; future earnings may be offset; payouts may be withheld pending recovery; unresolved balances may result in account restrictions; and MyRoomz may continue recovery efforts following account closure. 8. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS 8.1 Supported Cryptocurrencies The Platform may permit deposits using approved cryptocurrencies including: BTC; ETH; USDT; and other approved digital assets. 8.2 AUD Conversion Cryptocurrency deposits: are converted into AUD at the displayed market rate; may incur fees; are irreversible once confirmed; and become AUD Wallet balances following successful processing. 8.3 Blockchain Risks Users acknowledge risks associated with: cryptocurrency volatility; blockchain delays; irreversible transfers; processor outages; cyber incidents; wallet errors; third-party infrastructure failures; and regulatory uncertainty. 8.4 No Crypto Custody MyRoomz does not provide: crypto custody; crypto investment services; tokenised investment products; NFT systems; or blockchain asset storage services. 9. AML/CTF COMPLIANCE 9.1 Compliance Monitoring MyRoomz and associated providers may conduct: identity reviews; transaction monitoring; source-of-funds reviews; fraud analysis; behavioural analysis; compliance reviews; and operational investigations. 9.2 Regulatory Cooperation MyRoomz may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary for: AML/CTF compliance; fraud prevention; regulatory investigations; legal obligations; payment-provider requirements; operational integrity; or law enforcement cooperation. 9.3 Compliance Restrictions Wallet balances or payouts may be temporarily restricted during: compliance reviews; fraud investigations; moderation reviews; payment disputes; chargeback investigations; or legal investigations. 10. CREATOR TAX OBLIGATIONS 10.1 Independent Creator Responsibility Creators remain solely responsible for: income tax obligations; GST obligations; superannuation obligations; invoicing obligations; reporting obligations; business registration obligations; and compliance with Australian taxation laws. 10.2 No Employment Relationship Nothing in this Policy creates: employment relationships; payroll obligations; superannuation obligations on behalf of MyRoomz; or tax withholding obligations beyond those required by law. Creators operate as independent users of the Platform. 11. GST AND TAX INVOICES 11.1 Platform Reporting Systems MyRoomz may generate: invoices; GST summaries; payout reports; transaction histories; Wallet reports; earnings summaries; and operational financial analytics. 11.2 Fan Invoices Fans may receive invoices or receipts relating to purchases conducted through the Platform. 11.3 Creator Reporting Access Creators may access reporting systems designed to assist with: transaction tracking; financial reporting; operational summaries; and taxation preparation. 11.4 No Tax Advice MyRoomz does not provide: taxation advice; financial advice; investment advice; accounting advice; or legal taxation opinions. Users should seek independent professional advice. 12. REFUNDS 12.1 General Refund Position Except where required by law: digital purchases are final; subscriptions are final; livestream purchases are final; cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible; and creator tips and contributions are final. 12.2 Refund Discretion MyRoomz may issue refunds, credits or reversals at its sole discretion where reasonably necessary for: operational errors; duplicate transactions; fraud prevention; moderation outcomes; legal compliance; or Australian Consumer Law obligations. 12.3 Creator-Related Disputes MyRoomz is not generally responsible for: creator communication quality; emotional dissatisfaction; creator responsiveness; creator availability; creator fulfilment timing; or subjective dissatisfaction with interactions. 13. OPERATIONAL ANALYTICS, FRAUD DETECTION AND SECURITY MyRoomz may utilise: fraud-detection systems; behavioural analysis systems; operational analytics; AI-assisted moderation; transaction monitoring; security monitoring systems; behavioural risk analysis; and anti-abuse systems for moderation, fraud prevention, compliance, investigations and platform protection. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to payment systems; MyRoomz is not liable for banking delays; MyRoomz is not liable for processor outages; MyRoomz is not liable for cryptocurrency volatility; MyRoomz is not liable for third-party payment failures; MyRoomz is not liable for chargeback decisions made by financial institutions; MyRoomz is not liable for creator taxation failures; and MyRoomz is not liable for losses arising from User payment disputes. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 15. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for payment-related interruptions or failures arising from: banking outages; payment-provider failures; blockchain failures; cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; regulatory actions; internet failures; cloud-provider failures; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 16. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate payment functionality where reasonably necessary for: fraud prevention; moderation; compliance; investigations; operational integrity; legal obligations; or platform protection. The following survive termination: payment obligations; negative balances; evidence preservation rights; liability limitations; dispute rights; compliance obligations; and indemnities. 17. GOVERNING LAW This Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 18.
