MYROOMZ — REFUND POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS REFUND POLICY (“POLICY”) GOVERNS ALL REFUND REQUESTS, REVERSALS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, TRANSACTION REVIEWS, WALLET REVERSALS, DIGITAL PURCHASES, LIVESTREAM PURCHASES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, TIPS, AUCTIONS, MYTREATZ CONTRIBUTIONS, GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS, CHARGEBACKS AND RELATED PAYMENT ACTIVITY OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MOST DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS ON THE PLATFORM ARE GENERALLY NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE COMPLETED; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CREATORS OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ OPERATES AS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT REFUNDS, REVERSALS, CHARGEBACKS AND TRANSACTION INVESTIGATIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO MODERATION, FRAUD-PREVENTION, COMPLIANCE OR LEGAL REVIEW; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ RETAINS BROAD OPERATIONAL DISCRETION REGARDING REFUND REVIEWS, REVERSALS, PAYMENT HOLDS, TRANSACTION RESTRICTIONS AND WALLET LIMITATIONS; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PAYMENT-PROVIDER COMPLIANCE, FRAUD PREVENTION, OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY, LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PLATFORM SAFETY TAKE PRIORITY OVER USER PREFERENCES OR COMMERCIAL EXPECTATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain Wallet systems, payment systems, fraud-prevention systems, moderation systems, operational systems and associated intellectual property connected with Platform operations may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY 2.1 Scope This Refund Policy applies to: Wallet transactions; subscriptions; creator tipping; pay-per-view purchases; livestream purchases; livestream access; auction purchases; MyTreatz Contributions; Goal Contributions; creator advertising purchases; cryptocurrency deposits; Wallet reversals; transaction disputes; duplicate transactions; mistaken purchases; payout reversals; and associated Platform transactions. 2.2 Incorporated Policies This Refund Policy operates together with: Terms of Use; Wallet Terms; Chargebacks & Tax Policy; Privacy Policy; Community Guidelines; Moderation Policy; Auction Policy; Streaming Policy; and all related Platform policies. In the event of inconsistency, this Refund Policy supplements and operates alongside the broader Terms of Use. 3. NATURE OF DIGITAL PURCHASES 3.1 Digital Content Purchases Users acknowledge that the Platform primarily facilitates access to: digital content; digital interactions; livestream access; creator interactions; subscriptions; entertainment experiences; digital engagement systems; and creator-generated media. 3.2 Immediate Consumption Many Platform purchases involve immediate digital access, immediate delivery or immediate consumption. Accordingly, once digital access has been granted, transactions may become non-refundable subject to applicable laws. 3.3 Independent Creator Model Creators operate independently from MyRoomz. MyRoomz generally does not directly create, supply or fulfil creator-generated content. 4. GENERAL REFUND POSITION 4.1 Non-Refundable Transactions Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by MyRoomz, the following are generally non-refundable once completed: subscriptions; creator tips; pay-per-view purchases; livestream purchases; livestream access fees; digital unlocks; creator interaction purchases; creator advertising purchases; auction participation fees; MyTreatz Contributions; Goal Contributions; and completed digital transactions. 4.2 Creator-Controlled Transactions Users acknowledge that many purchases are creator-directed purchases initiated voluntarily by Fans. 4.3 No Change-of-Mind Refunds Refunds are generally not provided for: change of mind; dissatisfaction with creator performance; dissatisfaction with creator personality; dissatisfaction with interaction outcomes; reduced usage; accidental overspending; failure to consume purchased content; loss of interest; or subjective dissatisfaction. 5. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED 5.1 Operational Review Discretion MyRoomz may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests involving: duplicate transactions; accidental duplicate billing; technical platform failures; unauthorised account access; fraudulent activity; processing errors; failed transaction delivery; system malfunctions; moderation intervention; creator account termination; creator fraud; unlawful activity; or circumstances reasonably requiring operational review. 5.2 No Guarantee of Refund Submission of a refund request does not guarantee: approval; reimbursement; reversal; Wallet credit; transaction cancellation; or chargeback acceptance. 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS 6.1 Subscription Billing Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. 6.2 Cancellation Responsibility Users remain responsible for managing: subscription status; cancellation timing; recurring billing settings; and Wallet funding availability. 6.3 No Partial Refunds Partial subscription refunds are generally not provided for: unused subscription periods; reduced usage; temporary inactivity; creator inactivity; dissatisfaction; or failure to cancel before renewal. 7. LIVESTREAMS 7.1 Livestream Nature Livestreams are live entertainment experiences subject to: creator availability; internet conditions; technical interruptions; operational interruptions; moderation intervention; behavioural disruptions; and platform limitations. 7.2 No Guaranteed Availability MyRoomz does not guarantee: uninterrupted livestream access; livestream quality; livestream duration; creator participation; livestream stability; or uninterrupted engagement. 7.3 Livestream Refunds Refunds for livestream-related purchases are generally not provided unless: required by law; or approved following operational review. 8. AUCTIONS 8.1 Binding Transactions Auction bids and completed auction purchases may be treated as binding transactions. 8.2 Auction Refund Limitations Refunds relating to auction activity are generally not provided for: bidding regret; mistaken valuation; buyer remorse; failure to complete transactions; dissatisfaction with outcomes; or subjective expectations. 8.3 Fraud Investigations Auction activity may be investigated for: manipulation; collusion; fraudulent bidding; payment abuse; account misuse; or operational anomalies. 9. MYTREATZ & GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS 9.1 Contribution Nature MyTreatz and Goal Contributions are voluntary creator-support contributions. 9.2 No Ownership Rights Contributors do not acquire: ownership rights; investment rights; repayment rights; financial returns; equity rights; or guaranteed creator obligations. 9.3 Refund Restrictions Refunds relating to voluntary Contributions are generally not provided unless: required by law; or approved following operational review. 10. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS 10.1 Crypto Deposit Nature Cryptocurrency deposits are converted into AUD at the applicable market conversion value at the time of processing. 10.2 Volatility Acknowledgement Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency values fluctuate rapidly. 10.3 No Exchange Services MyRoomz does not operate: cryptocurrency exchanges; investment platforms; trading systems; custody services; or financial advisory services. 10.4 Refund Limitations Cryptocurrency-related reversals may be limited due to: blockchain finality; processor limitations; market volatility; fraud-prevention obligations; or operational restrictions. 11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES 11.1 Investigation Rights MyRoomz may investigate: chargebacks; payment disputes; transaction reversals; suspicious activity; account misuse; fraud indicators; Wallet abuse; and operational anomalies. 11.2 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve and utilise: transaction histories; Wallet activity; messaging logs; livestream metadata; behavioural analytics; AI interaction logs; IP addresses; device information; moderation records; account history; and operational logs for chargeback defence, fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes. 11.3 Negative Balances Chargebacks, reversals or fraudulent disputes may result in: negative Wallet balances; payout freezes; monetisation restrictions; account suspension; account termination; or debt recovery action. 12. FRAUD PREVENTION 12.1 Fraud Monitoring MyRoomz may monitor: transaction patterns; behavioural analytics; IP activity; VPN usage; device history; Wallet activity; operational anomalies; and suspicious behaviour. 12.2 Fraud Enforcement MyRoomz may: freeze Wallet balances; restrict payouts; preserve evidence; suspend transactions; terminate Accounts; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance. 13. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW 13.1 Statutory Rights Nothing in this Policy excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 13.2 ACL Interpretation Where required by law, eligible Users may be entitled to remedies including: refunds; replacements; repair rights; or compensation. 13.3 Operational Assessment MyRoomz retains the right to assess claims in accordance with: Australian Consumer Law; Platform policies; operational records; moderation findings; fraud-prevention systems; and payment-provider obligations. 14. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE 14.1 Submission Requirements Refund requests may require: account details; transaction references; supporting information; screenshots; payment evidence; explanation of circumstances; and any additional information reasonably requested by MyRoomz. 14.2 Operational Review Refund requests may be reviewed by: moderation teams; operational staff; compliance teams; fraud-prevention systems; payment processors; or legal advisors. 14.3 Response Timeframes Refund investigations may require reasonable operational review time depending on: complexity; fraud indicators; moderation reviews; payment-provider requirements; or legal obligations. 15. DATA RETENTION & DISCLOSURE 15.1 Preservation Rights MyRoomz may preserve: transaction records; Wallet activity; moderation records; livestream metadata; AI interaction logs; behavioural analytics; deleted Content; account history; device information; and IP information for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance or operational integrity purposes. 15.2 Disclosure Rights MyRoomz may disclose relevant information to: payment providers; financial institutions; fraud-prevention providers; regulators; legal representatives; law enforcement; or courts where reasonably necessary for investigations, chargeback defence or legal compliance. 16. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: uninterrupted Platform availability; uninterrupted Wallet functionality; uninterrupted livestream functionality; creator performance; creator conduct; commercial outcomes; financial outcomes; or uninterrupted monetisation systems. Users acknowledge that digital platforms involve operational, behavioural and technological risks. 17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to refunds or transaction systems; MyRoomz is not liable for creator conduct; MyRoomz is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction; MyRoomz is not liable for market volatility; MyRoomz is not liable for failed commercial expectations; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Platform transactions or refund requests. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 18. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for transaction interruptions, payment failures or refund delays arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; payment-provider failures; banking failures; cryptocurrency network issues; internet outages; government actions; regulatory changes; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 19. TERMINATION & SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Wallet functionality, monetisation functionality or Platform access where reasonably necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, compliance or operational integrity. The following survive termination: chargeback rights; evidence preservation rights; disclosure rights; liability limitations; compliance obligations; and indemnities. 20. GOVERNING LAW This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 21.
