MyRoomz Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. We operate exclusively in Australia and comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our adult fan-based subscription platform.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, which govern your overall use of the platform, and the Consent for Intimate Images Policy, which sets out additional privacy and Consent requirements for intimate Content. Where there is any inconsistency, this Privacy Policy prevails in relation to the handling of personal information.

Words used as defined terms in this Privacy Policy but not defined take their meaning from the Terms of Use.

Billing and payment information (processed securely through third-party gateways)

Date of birth and government issued age verification documents (including ID)

We may collect sensitive information (such as sexual orientation or adult content preferences) when required for platform operation. This is only collected with your express Consent and handled with extra care in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 3 and Australian Privacy Principle 6.

To our third-party payment processor Bankful, who maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and is listed in the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers

In the case of harm, threats, or non-consensual image investigations, we may cooperate with the eSafety Commissioner

Where data is hosted or transferred outside Australia, we comply with the steps specified at Australian Privacy Principle 8.

8. Direct Marketing and Email Communication

10. Children’s Privacy

MyRoomz is intended for users aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. Any underage account will be deleted upon discovery.

11. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting support@myroomz.co. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

User Right to Erasure You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. we will comply within 30 days, subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations (e.g., financial records required under tax law) subject always to our legal, tax, AML/CTF, online-safety and law-enforcement retention obligations (for example, financial records required under tax law, identity-verification records, and records of non-consensual intimate image reports). Where we are unable to delete specific records, we will de-identify or restrict access to them.

General account data: deleted within 90 days of account closure.

certain records (including takedown and safety-related records) may be retained for a longer period where reasonably required to protect us from legal or regulatory claims.

We will take reasonable steps to protect Creator pseudonymity, including where possible stripping geolocation and metadata from uploaded Content and restricting disclosure of real-world identity unless required by law.

16. Data Breach Notification

In accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and report it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.

17. Third-Party Payment Processing

All financial transactions are securely processed via Bankful (our PCI DSS Level 1-compliant payment provider). Payment data is encrypted and managed off-platform in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. MyRoomz does not store your full card details. For more information, please refer to Bankful’s Privacy Policy. We may change payment processors or use multiple processors from time to time without prior notice, provided equivalent security standards are maintained.

18. Use of De-Identified Data

We may use de-identified data for internal research, analytics, and improving platform performance. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

19. Trust & safety / law-enforcement disclosure

We may also disclose personal information, Content metadata and transaction details to Australian law-enforcement agencies, the eSafety Commissioner, regulators or courts where we are legally required to do so, where we reasonably believe harm may occur, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (including fraud prevention and chargeback investigations).

20. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email.
