Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE THIS PRIVACY POLICY EXPLAINS HOW MYROOMZ COLLECTS, USES, STORES, RETAINS, PROCESSES, ANALYSES, SHARES, DISCLOSES AND OTHERWISE HANDLES INFORMATION RELATING TO USERS OF THE PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, BROWSING, INTERACTING WITH OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS PRIVACY POLICY; YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PLATFORM OPERATIONS MAY REQUIRE EXTENSIVE OPERATIONAL, MODERATION, FRAUD-PREVENTION, ANALYTICS, AI, SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE PROCESSING; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY RETAIN, PROCESS AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR PLATFORM OPERATIONS, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, MODERATION, FRAUD PREVENTION, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, SAFETY OR OPERATIONAL PURPOSES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR AND SCOPE 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property and Platform Infrastructure Certain software systems, moderation systems, AI systems, operational infrastructure, branding and associated intellectual property connected with the Platform may be owned by, licensed from or otherwise associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 1.3 Scope of Policy This Privacy Policy applies to: visitors; Fans; Creators; Agents; moderators; delegated staff users; advertisers; and all persons interacting with Platform systems. This Privacy Policy applies to all Platform systems including: Wallet systems; livestream systems; messaging systems; Indie AI systems; moderation systems; creator management systems; analytics systems; anti-piracy systems; and affiliated systems including GoLinkz.co. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 2.1 Account Information We may collect: names; usernames; email addresses; passwords; profile images; profile videos; biography information; social media links; branding information; linked profiles; creator profile configuration; communication preferences; and account settings. 2.2 Verification Information Verification providers may collect: identification documents; selfies; biometric comparisons; proof of age; proof of identity; proof of residency; and verification-related information. MyRoomz generally receives: verification outcomes; approval statuses; rejection statuses; compliance confirmations; and limited operational verification data. MyRoomz does not directly conduct biometric face-matching services. 2.3 Wallet and Financial Information We may collect and retain: Wallet balances; transaction histories; payout records; invoice information; GST information; subscriptions; tips; livestream purchases; Treat Contributions; Goal Contributions; auction activity; payout configurations; financial reporting data; and compliance-related transaction information. 2.4 Cryptocurrency Transaction Information Where cryptocurrency deposits are utilised, we may collect: cryptocurrency transaction references; conversion values; processing records; transaction timestamps; processor-generated identifiers; and operational compliance information. Cryptocurrency transactions may involve publicly visible blockchain activity outside MyRoomz control. MyRoomz does not provide cryptocurrency custody services. 2.5 Messaging and Communication Information We may collect, process, analyse and retain: direct messages; creator broadcasts; livestream chat messages; AI interaction logs; moderation reports; attachments; communication metadata; timestamps; behavioural interaction data; and contextual interaction information. 2.6 Indie AI and AI Interaction Information Indie AI systems may utilise: creator-provided personality inputs; creator-defined behavioural settings; creator training inputs; previous interactions; segmented conversational history; fan-specific contextual memory; interaction continuity data; and engagement analytics. AI memories are segmented between individual Users and creators and are designed to support continuity of one-on-one interactions. 2.7 Device, Security and Technical Information We may collect: IP addresses; approximate geographic locations; VPN detection information; browser information; operating system information; device activity; login history; security events; access history; session data; moderation activity; and operational logs. 2.8 Analytics and Behavioural Information We may collect: profile visits; watch time; clicks; engagement patterns; interaction patterns; monetisation activity; subscription behaviour; spending behaviour; recommendation interactions; creator analytics; livestream participation metrics; and operational engagement analytics. 2.9 Moderation and Safety Information We may collect: moderation reports; safety reports; enforcement actions; appeals; moderation evidence; investigation records; account restriction history; behavioural risk indicators; and compliance review information. 3. VERIFICATION PROVIDERS 3.1 Third-Party Verification Services Identity verification and age verification services may be conducted through third-party providers including: Veriff; Didit; and other approved verification providers. 3.2 Biometric Processing Verification providers may utilise: biometric analysis; facial comparison technology; identity authentication systems; document authenticity systems; and age verification systems in accordance with their own policies and applicable laws. 3.3 Verification Limitations MyRoomz cannot guarantee: ongoing identity accuracy; ongoing compliance; future behavioural compliance; or the ongoing authenticity of User conduct following verification. 4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION We may collect, process, analyse, store, disclose and otherwise utilise information to: operate the Platform; facilitate transactions; provide Wallet services; provide creator tools; support livestreaming; support messaging systems; support Indie AI systems; improve AI continuity; improve moderation systems; improve anti-fraud systems; conduct operational analytics; enforce Platform rules; investigate misconduct; detect scams; prevent fraud; detect abuse; support moderation; provide customer support; facilitate taxation reporting; generate invoices; preserve evidence; comply with laws; cooperate with regulators; improve platform functionality; conduct research and development; and protect Users and the Platform. 5. INDIE AI, AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND AI GOVERNANCE 5.1 AI Interaction Systems Creators may utilise AI systems and automated interaction systems through the Platform. AI systems may generate responses using: creator training inputs; prior interactions; fan-specific interaction history; contextual data; creator personality configuration; and behavioural continuity systems. 5.2 AI Transparency The Platform may display indicators distinguishing between: creator-generated interactions; delegated staff interactions; and AI-generated interactions. 5.3 AI Monitoring and Logging MyRoomz administrators may access AI interaction logs and associated records for: moderation; investigations; legal compliance; fraud prevention; operational support; platform integrity; research and development; and safety purposes. 5.4 AI Continuity and Operational Limitations Users acknowledge that: AI systems may produce inaccurate responses; AI memory continuity may fail; AI systems may reset; AI interactions may change over time; contextual continuity may not be permanent; and AI systems are operational engagement tools only. 5.5 AI Research and Development MyRoomz may utilise: anonymised interaction patterns; operational analytics; moderation data; behavioural patterns; and aggregated AI interaction information for: platform improvement; moderation enhancement; fraud prevention; AI enhancement; operational analytics; and research and development. 6. DELEGATED ACCESS, AGENTS AND STAFF 6.1 Delegated Access Systems Creators may authorise: Agents; moderators; assistants; managers; delegated staff; chatters; and operational personnel to access portions of their account. 6.2 Operational Logging MyRoomz may log: delegated access activity; moderation activity; message activity; AI interaction activity; IP addresses; timestamps; login activity; and operational interactions. 6.3 Creator Visibility Creators may access operational logs associated with: delegated users; moderation actions; AI responses; and operational messaging activity. 7. CONTENT STORAGE, DELETION AND RETENTION 7.1 Content Storage Uploaded Content may be stored on cloud infrastructure systems operated by or for MyRoomz. 7.2 Soft Deletion Systems Deleted Content may remain in: soft-delete systems; backup systems; moderation systems; evidence-retention systems; or operational archives for up to 90 days or longer where reasonably necessary for operational, moderation, legal or compliance purposes. 7.3 Creator Account Closure Where a Creator closes their account: creator-facing Content may be removed from fan-access systems; access to Content may cease; profile closure notices may appear; and operational records may continue to be retained. 7.4 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve deleted Content, records or communications where reasonably necessary for: fraud prevention; moderation; investigations; dispute resolution; legal compliance; child safety; law enforcement cooperation; or platform integrity. 8. DATA RETENTION 8.1 Financial Records Financial records may be retained for a minimum of 7 years or longer where reasonably necessary. 8.2 Wallet and Transaction Records Wallet and transaction records may be retained indefinitely for: fraud prevention; dispute resolution; taxation; AML/CTF compliance; moderation; and operational integrity. 8.3 Messages and AI Interaction Logs Messages, communication records and AI interaction logs may be retained for extended periods including indefinitely where reasonably necessary. 8.4 Moderation Records Moderation records may be retained for a minimum of 3 years and longer for serious safety, fraud or enforcement matters. 8.5 Verification Records Verification status records may be retained for a minimum of 7 years. 8.6 Livestream Data MyRoomz does not generally retain livestream video or audio recordings following conclusion of a livestream. Limited metadata and moderation information may continue to be retained. 9. MODERATION, SAFETY AND ENFORCEMENT 9.1 Reporting Systems Users may report: Content; messages; livestreams; profiles; links; scams; impersonation; external conduct; and suspected policy breaches. 9.2 Moderation Systems Moderation may involve: manual review; AI-assisted moderation; internal moderation teams; outsourced moderation providers; and automated operational systems. 9.3 Emergency Safety Responses MyRoomz may preserve, disclose or provide information where reasonably necessary to: protect Users; investigate misconduct; respond to NCII concerns; respond to child safety concerns; prevent fraud; comply with laws; cooperate with authorities; or enforce Platform rules. 10. WATERMARKING, SECURITY AND ANTI-PIRACY 10.1 Watermarking Systems MyRoomz may utilise: visible watermarks; invisible watermarking; metadata tracking; fingerprinting systems; behavioural monitoring; and anti-piracy technologies. 10.2 Platform Limitations MyRoomz cannot guarantee prevention of: screenshots; screen recordings; external photography; external recording devices; piracy; or unauthorised redistribution. 10.3 Future Protection Systems MyRoomz may introduce additional anti-recording, anti-copying or anti-piracy technologies in the future. 11. ANALYTICS, TRACKING AND PLATFORM SYSTEMS MyRoomz may utilise: cookies; analytics systems; engagement tracking; recommendation systems; operational analytics; behavioural analytics; moderation analytics; fraud-prevention systems; and performance monitoring systems. These systems may be used to: improve Platform performance; improve moderation; improve recommendations; prevent fraud; support analytics; support AI systems; support monetisation systems; and improve operational functionality. 12. EMAILS, NOTIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS MyRoomz may send: invoices; operational notifications; promotional communications; low Wallet reminders; subscription notices; security notices; engagement notifications; platform announcements; AI-related notices; and moderation notices. Creators may send broadcasts to subscribed Users through Platform systems. 13. EXTERNAL LINKS AND AFFILIATED SERVICES Creators may link to external platforms and services. MyRoomz may remove links that: breach Platform rules; expose the Platform to legal risk; promote unlawful conduct; or breach Community Standards. MyRoomz may integrate creator profile information with affiliated systems including GoLinkz.co. 14. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION MyRoomz may disclose information: to payment processors; to verification providers; to moderation providers; to fraud-prevention providers; to cloud providers; to legal advisors; to regulators; to law enforcement; to affiliated entities; to operational contractors; or where required by law. 15. INTERNATIONAL ACCESS AND CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING Fans may access the Platform internationally where permitted by local law. Information may be processed, transferred or stored in multiple jurisdictions depending on operational requirements and infrastructure providers. Users acknowledge that privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions. 16. SECURITY AND OPERATIONAL RISK MyRoomz implements operational, technical and administrative measures intended to protect Platform systems and User information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge risks associated with: internet communications; cloud systems; online transactions; cryptocurrency systems; livestream systems; messaging systems; and digital content platforms. 17. ACCOUNT CLOSURE, DELETION REQUESTS AND LIMITATIONS Users may request closure of their Account. MyRoomz may retain records where reasonably necessary for: legal compliance; moderation; investigations; fraud prevention; taxation; dispute resolution; operational integrity; or evidence preservation. Users are not guaranteed deletion of all operational records. 18. CHILD SAFETY AND NCII MyRoomz maintains strict prohibitions relating to: child exploitation; underage content; non-consensual intimate imagery; exploitative conduct; and coercive material. MyRoomz may preserve and disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary for: child safety; investigations; moderation; legal compliance; or law enforcement cooperation. 19. PLATFORM EVOLUTION RIGHTS MyRoomz may: modify systems; alter operational structures; introduce experimental systems; expand moderation systems; introduce new analytics systems; alter AI systems; alter monetisation systems; or alter operational functionality without prior notice. 20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY MyRoomz may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions may: be published on the Platform; become effective immediately; apply to future use of the Platform; and require renewed acknowledgement. Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of updated versions. 21.
