MYROOMZ — WALLET TERMS Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THESE WALLET TERMS GOVERN ACCESS TO, USE OF AND PARTICIPATION IN THE MYROOMZ WALLET SYSTEM, INCLUDING MYSAFE, DIGITAL BALANCES, PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS, CREATOR PAYOUTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY DEPOSITS AND RELATED PAYMENT FUNCTIONALITY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WALLET SYSTEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THESE WALLET TERMS; YOU UNDERSTAND THESE WALLET TERMS; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE WALLET TERMS; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE WALLET SYSTEM IS A PLATFORM UTILITY SYSTEM ONLY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ IS NOT A BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WALLET BALANCES ARE NOT BANK DEPOSITS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DIGITAL BALANCES MAY BE SUBJECT TO MODERATION, FRAUD-PREVENTION, COMPLIANCE, OPERATIONAL OR INVESTIGATIVE RESTRICTIONS; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PAYMENT PROCESSORS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, VERIFICATION PROVIDERS, REGULATORS OR COMPLIANCE AUTHORITIES MAY REQUIRE OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS, REVERSALS, DELAYS OR INVESTIGATIONS RELATING TO TRANSACTIONS OR ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE WALLET TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE WALLET SYSTEM. 1. APPLICATION OF THESE WALLET TERMS 1.1 Scope These Wallet Terms apply to: Wallet balances; Wallet transactions; creator payouts; cryptocurrency deposits; subscriptions; tips; livestream purchases; auctions; Treat Contributions; Goal Contributions; refunds; chargebacks; negative balances; MySafe functionality; and all related payment functionality. 1.2 Incorporated Policies These Wallet Terms operate together with: Terms of Use; Privacy Policy; AML/CTF Compliance Policies; Chargebacks & Tax Policy; Creator Policies; Refund Policies; and any supplemental payment or compliance notices issued by MyRoomz. In the event of inconsistency, these Wallet Terms supplement and operate alongside the broader Terms of Use. 2. NATURE OF THE WALLET SYSTEM 2.1 Platform Utility Only The Wallet system is an internal operational platform utility designed to facilitate Platform functionality and transactions. The Wallet system is not: a bank account; a financial institution account; an insured deposit account; a stored-value facility; a managed investment scheme; a payment account regulated as a banking product; a cryptocurrency exchange; a digital asset custody service; or a financial investment product. 2.2 No Interest or Investment Rights Wallet balances and MySafe allocations: do not generate interest; do not generate investment returns; do not constitute investments; do not create fiduciary obligations; and do not create ownership rights beyond operational Platform functionality. 2.3 No Government Guarantee Wallet balances are not: protected by government guarantee schemes; guaranteed by financial institutions; or insured against operational loss, fraud, cyber incidents or provider failures. 3. WALLET FUNCTIONALITY 3.1 Wallet Use Wallet balances may be used for: subscriptions; livestream access; pay-per-view purchases; creator tipping; Treat Contributions; Goal Contributions; auction purchases; operational Platform transactions; and approved Platform functionality. 3.2 Wallet Restrictions MyRoomz may impose restrictions relating to: transaction amounts; payout frequency; withdrawal thresholds; account verification; operational limits; fraud monitoring; suspicious activity; or compliance reviews. 3.3 Operational Errors MyRoomz reserves the right to: correct operational errors; reverse incorrect transactions; adjust Wallet balances; correct calculation issues; reverse duplicated transactions; and investigate unusual transactional activity. Users acknowledge that Wallet balances may be adjusted where reasonably necessary to correct operational, technical or compliance issues. 4. MYSAFE FUNCTIONALITY 4.1 Nature of MySafe MySafe is an internal Wallet allocation feature designed to assist Users in organising portions of their Wallet balance. 4.2 No Banking Relationship MySafe: is not a savings account; is not a trust account; is not a managed fund; is not an investment product; is not a custodial arrangement; and does not create fiduciary obligations. 4.3 User-Controlled Allocations Users retain operational control over MySafe allocations subject to: moderation actions; compliance restrictions; payment investigations; operational holds; and legal requirements. 5. CRYPTOCURRENCY DEPOSITS 5.1 Supported Cryptocurrencies The Platform may permit deposits using approved cryptocurrencies including: BTC; ETH; USDT; and other approved digital assets. Supported cryptocurrencies may change without notice. 5.2 Third-Party Processors Cryptocurrency deposits are processed through third-party providers including NOWPayments and associated infrastructure providers. MyRoomz does not directly operate cryptocurrency exchange services. 5.3 AUD Conversion Cryptocurrency deposits: are converted into AUD at the displayed market rate; may incur processing fees; may fluctuate prior to conversion; are irreversible once confirmed; and become AUD Wallet balances following successful processing. 5.4 Blockchain Risks Users acknowledge risks associated with cryptocurrency systems including: volatility; blockchain delays; wallet errors; irreversible transfers; third-party processor failures; cyber risks; and regulatory uncertainty. MyRoomz is not liable for losses arising from cryptocurrency volatility or blockchain-related issues outside reasonable operational control. 6. CREATOR PAYOUTS 6.1 Payout Eligibility Creators may request payouts subject to: verification requirements; operational review; moderation review; fraud-prevention review; compliance obligations; payout thresholds; and payment processor requirements. 6.2 Payout Delays MyRoomz may delay, restrict or suspend payouts where reasonably necessary for: fraud investigations; moderation reviews; chargeback disputes; AML/CTF compliance; suspicious activity; legal compliance; platform integrity; or operational investigations. 6.3 Third-Party Payment Providers Creator payouts may involve third-party payment processors, financial institutions or payment infrastructure providers. MyRoomz is not liable for: banking delays; processor outages; third-party failures; intermediary restrictions; or external banking compliance requirements. 7. CHARGEBACKS, REVERSALS AND NEGATIVE BALANCES 7.1 Chargeback Rights MyRoomz may: reverse transactions; deduct balances; freeze payouts; suspend withdrawals; investigate transactions; or recover operational losses where reasonably necessary in connection with chargebacks, disputes, fraud or payment reversals. 7.2 Negative Balances Creators acknowledge and agree that: chargebacks may create negative balances; future earnings may offset negative balances; payouts may be withheld pending recovery; and unresolved negative balances may result in account restrictions or enforcement action. 7.3 Fraudulent Activity Where MyRoomz reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, manipulation or unlawful conduct, MyRoomz may: freeze Wallet balances; suspend monetisation; preserve evidence; cooperate with authorities; reverse transactions; or terminate accounts. 8. AML/CTF COMPLIANCE 8.1 Compliance Rights MyRoomz and associated payment providers may conduct: identity reviews; transaction reviews; source-of-funds reviews; fraud reviews; compliance investigations; and operational monitoring. 8.2 Regulatory Cooperation MyRoomz may disclose information to: regulators; law enforcement; financial institutions; payment providers; fraud-prevention providers; or compliance authorities where reasonably necessary for compliance, investigations or legal obligations. 8.3 Compliance Holds Wallet balances or payouts may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary for: investigations; fraud prevention; AML/CTF compliance; moderation; payment disputes; or legal compliance. 9. TAXATION AND GST 9.1 Creator Responsibilities Creators are solely responsible for: income tax obligations; GST obligations; reporting obligations; superannuation obligations; invoicing obligations; and compliance with Australian taxation laws. 9.2 Platform Reporting MyRoomz may generate: invoices; payout summaries; transaction histories; GST breakdowns; financial reports; and operational accounting summaries. 9.3 No Financial Advice MyRoomz does not provide: taxation advice; financial advice; accounting advice; or investment advice. Users should seek independent professional advice. 10. REFUNDS AND TRANSACTION FINALITY 10.1 General Position Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise: Wallet deposits are non-refundable; subscriptions are non-refundable; digital purchases are non-refundable; and cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible. 10.2 Refund Discretion MyRoomz may issue refunds, credits or reversals at its sole discretion where reasonably necessary for: operational errors; moderation outcomes; duplicate transactions; fraud prevention; or legal compliance. 10.3 Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these Wallet Terms excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 11. OPERATIONAL MONITORING, ANALYTICS AND SECURITY MyRoomz may monitor and analyse: Wallet activity; transaction patterns; monetisation activity; creator payout activity; livestream monetisation; engagement metrics; suspicious activity; operational anomalies; and fraud indicators. MyRoomz may utilise: operational analytics; fraud-prevention systems; behavioural analysis systems; moderation systems; and security monitoring systems for operational, moderation, compliance and safety purposes. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to the Wallet system; MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; MyRoomz is not liable for loss arising from cryptocurrency volatility; MyRoomz is not liable for banking or processor delays; MyRoomz is not liable for third-party processor failures; and aggregate liability relating to Wallet functionality is limited to the greater of: AUD $5,000; or amounts paid by the User to MyRoomz during the preceding 6 months. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 13. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for delays, interruptions or failures arising from: cyber attacks; banking failures; payment-provider failures; blockchain failures; infrastructure outages; internet failures; government actions; regulatory changes; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 14. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Wallet functionality where reasonably necessary for: moderation; fraud prevention; compliance; investigations; payment disputes; or legal obligations. The following survive termination: payment obligations; negative balances; dispute rights; evidence preservation rights; compliance obligations; liability limitations; and indemnities. 15. GOVERNING LAW These Wallet Terms are governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 16.
