MYROOMZ — TAKEDOWN POLICY Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS TAKEDOWN POLICY (“POLICY”) GOVERNS ALL CONTENT REMOVAL REQUESTS, COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS, PRIVACY COMPLAINTS, NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT REPORTS, IMPERSONATION CLAIMS, DEFAMATION CLAIMS, CHILD SAFETY REPORTS, PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS, DIGITAL PIRACY REPORTS, EMERGENCY REMOVAL REQUESTS AND RELATED CONTENT ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES OPERATED THROUGH THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS POLICY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ RETAINS BROAD OPERATIONAL DISCRETION REGARDING CONTENT REMOVAL, MODERATION, SAFETY ENFORCEMENT AND PLATFORM PROTECTION; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ MAY REMOVE, RESTRICT, PRESERVE, REVIEW OR DISCLOSE CONTENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CERTAIN CONTENT MAY BE PRESERVED FOR INVESTIGATIONS, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, MODERATION, FRAUD PREVENTION OR SAFETY PURPOSES EVEN WHERE PUBLIC ACCESS IS REMOVED; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT FALSE, MALICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT TAKEDOWN REQUESTS MAY RESULT IN PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT ACTION; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PLATFORM SAFETY, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, PAYMENT-PROVIDER COMPLIANCE, CHILD SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY TAKE PRIORITY OVER USER PREFERENCES OR COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain moderation systems, enforcement systems, copyright systems, behavioural systems, AI systems, operational systems and associated intellectual property connected with Platform operations may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Policy exists to establish operational procedures relating to: copyright takedown requests; non-consensual content reports; privacy complaints; impersonation claims; defamation complaints; piracy reports; moderation requests; unlawful content reports; emergency safety removals; child safety reports; trademark complaints; livestream enforcement; and related content-removal procedures. This Policy supports: User safety; creator protection; fraud prevention; legal compliance; operational integrity; copyright enforcement; child safety obligations; payment-provider compliance; and Platform moderation systems. 3. TYPES OF TAKEDOWN REQUESTS MyRoomz may accept and review requests relating to: copyright infringement; trademark infringement; impersonation; unauthorised use of likeness; privacy breaches; doxxing; non-consensual intimate imagery; child safety concerns; exploitative material; unlawful material; piracy; livestream misuse; scam activity; fraudulent advertisements; defamatory content; prohibited promotions; and other content reasonably considered unlawful or harmful. 4. COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN REQUESTS 4.1 Copyright Claims Rights holders may request removal of material alleged to infringe: copyright; licensing rights; ownership rights; commercial usage rights; or related intellectual property rights. 4.2 Required Information Copyright complaints may require: proof of ownership; identification of the allegedly infringing material; URLs or account references; legal declarations; supporting evidence; contact information; and any additional information reasonably requested by MyRoomz. 4.3 Investigation Rights MyRoomz may: investigate claims; preserve evidence; restrict visibility; remove Content; suspend monetisation; freeze Wallet balances; preserve operational records; or terminate Accounts where reasonably necessary for moderation, legal compliance or operational integrity. 5. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT & PRIVACY REPORTS 5.1 High-Priority Safety Matters MyRoomz treats reports relating to: non-consensual intimate imagery; revenge pornography; coercive content; blackmail; exploitative material; doxxing; impersonation; privacy breaches; and unlawful personal-information disclosure as high-priority moderation and safety matters. 5.2 Emergency Enforcement Rights MyRoomz may immediately: remove Content; restrict visibility; suspend Accounts; preserve evidence; freeze monetisation; disable livestreams; restrict discoverability; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for safety or compliance purposes. 6. CHILD SAFETY REPORTS 6.1 Zero-Tolerance Position MyRoomz maintains a strict zero-tolerance position regarding: child exploitation; underage material; grooming behaviour; exploitative conduct; trafficking-related conduct; and unlawful exploitative activity. 6.2 Immediate Enforcement MyRoomz may immediately: remove Content; terminate Accounts; preserve evidence; freeze Wallet balances; suspend monetisation; disable livestreams; and report information to authorities where reasonably necessary for child safety or legal compliance. 6.3 Preservation Rights MyRoomz may preserve: account records; livestream metadata; messages; moderation records; IP information; device information; behavioural analytics; AI interaction logs; and deleted Content for legal, investigative or safety purposes. 7. LIVESTREAM TAKEDOWNS 7.1 Real-Time Enforcement MyRoomz may: interrupt livestreams; pause livestreams; terminate livestreams; remove livestream visibility; suspend livestream monetisation; preserve livestream metadata; or restrict livestream access without prior notice where reasonably necessary. 7.2 Livestream Metadata Retention MyRoomz may preserve: livestream timestamps; livestream chat logs; moderation records; behavioural analytics; monetisation activity; AI interaction logs; and operational logs for moderation or legal purposes. 8. INVESTIGATION PROCEDURES 8.1 Operational Review Takedown requests may be reviewed through: moderation teams; operational staff; legal advisors; AI moderation systems; outsourced moderation providers; behavioural analytics systems; or compliance personnel. 8.2 No Guaranteed Outcome Submission of a takedown request does not guarantee: immediate removal; permanent removal; account termination; monetisation restriction; or disclosure of investigative outcomes. 8.3 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve relevant information during investigations including: uploaded Content; deleted Content; moderation records; transaction histories; Wallet activity; livestream metadata; messages; behavioural analytics; AI interaction logs; device information; and IP information. 9. FALSE, MALICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS Users must not submit: knowingly false complaints; fraudulent copyright claims; malicious takedown requests; abusive moderation requests; fabricated ownership claims; or bad-faith enforcement requests. MyRoomz may take enforcement action including: suspension; restriction; termination; monetisation removal; or legal escalation where reasonably necessary. 10. PLATFORM DISCRETION 10.1 Broad Enforcement Rights MyRoomz retains broad operational discretion regarding: content removal; discoverability restrictions; monetisation restrictions; livestream restrictions; Wallet restrictions; evidence preservation; account suspension; moderation outcomes; and platform enforcement decisions. 10.2 Safety Priority MyRoomz may prioritise: child safety; User safety; payment-provider compliance; legal compliance; operational integrity; fraud prevention; and platform reputation over individual User preferences or commercial outcomes. 11. DATA PRESERVATION & LEGAL HOLDS 11.1 Preservation Rights MyRoomz may preserve: removed Content; deleted Content; moderation records; livestream metadata; messages; Wallet activity; transaction histories; AI interaction logs; behavioural analytics; operational logs; device information; and IP information for moderation, investigations, legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes. 11.2 Disclosure Rights MyRoomz may disclose relevant information to: law enforcement; regulators; payment providers; legal representatives; courts; fraud-prevention providers; compliance providers; or child safety organisations where reasonably necessary for investigations, legal compliance or operational integrity. 12. APPEALS Certain enforcement decisions may be eligible for review under the Platform Appeals Policy. MyRoomz retains final operational discretion regarding moderation, safety and takedown decisions. 13. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: immediate takedown outcomes; permanent removal outcomes; prevention of piracy; prevention of screenshots; prevention of redistribution; prevention of unlawful conduct; or uninterrupted moderation systems. Users acknowledge that online platforms involve operational, technological and behavioural risks. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to takedown systems or moderation systems; MyRoomz is not liable for delayed enforcement outcomes; MyRoomz is not liable for third-party piracy; MyRoomz is not liable for User misconduct; MyRoomz is not liable for redistribution occurring outside reasonable operational control; and MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from takedown procedures or moderation activity. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 15. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for moderation interruptions or enforcement failures arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; payment-provider failures; internet outages; government actions; regulatory changes; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 16. TERMINATION & SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate Accounts or Platform access where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, compliance, fraud prevention or operational integrity. The following survive termination: moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; disclosure rights; liability limitations; dispute rights; compliance obligations; and indemnities. 17. GOVERNING LAW This Takedown Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

19. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

A User whose Content has been removed or restricted under this Policy may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

the User's full legal name, contact number, email address and an address for service in Australia (or, if overseas, express submission to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia); the URL, title or other identifier of the Content that was removed or restricted; a detailed explanation of why the User believes the Content does not infringe or should not have been actioned; any supporting documentation (signed contracts, licences, screenshots, watermarks or other evidence of ownership or authorisation); a written declaration that the User believes in good faith that the Content was removed or restricted in error; and consent to be contacted by the complainant or their legal representative.

Counter-notices may be submitted to [email protected].

Where MyRoomz determines a counter-notice has sufficient merit, the Content may be reinstated within 10 to 14 days. Where legal proceedings are commenced by the original complainant, the Content will remain offline pending the outcome. MyRoomz is not liable for restoring access following a valid counter-notice.

20. OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAMES

MyRoomz will use reasonable endeavours to apply the following operational timeframes. These are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be extended by technical, evidentiary or law-enforcement constraints:

acknowledgement of takedown reports: within 72 hours of receipt; initial review of copyright complaints: target of five (5) Business Days; verification of a withdrawal-of-consent or non-consensual intimate imagery request: within three (3) Business Days; removal or disabling of access following a verified withdrawal-of-consent or NCII request: within five (5) Business Days of verification.

Removal of Content following a withdrawal of consent or NCII finding does not entitle any User, Fan or Creator to a refund, reversal or additional payout.

MyRoomz participates with StopNCII.org as part of its operational anti-piracy and image-based-abuse response.
