1. JURISDICTION NOTICE

MyRoomz is an Australian-based fan subscription platform operating under Australian Federal and State laws. We are not based in the United States and are not subject to U.S. laws, including 18 U.S. Code §2257 and §2257A.

However, to promote best practices and transparency for global users, we voluntarily publish the following disclosure in alignment with the principles of 18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Requirements.

Words used as defined terms in this Statement but not defined take their meaning from the Terms of Use.

2. AGE VERIFICATION AND RECORD-KEEPING PRACTICES

All models, actors, actresses, and individuals who appear in any visual Content uploaded to MyRoomz have confirmed they were at least 18 years of age at the time the Content was created. MyRoomz enforces strict age verification and compliance procedures for all Creators using the platform, including:

Mandatory government-issued photo ID verification for all Creators during the onboarding process. Confirmation of date of birth and legal age before any Content is published. Retention of digital records for each Creator, including verified identification documents and date of approval.

These records are securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
