MYROOMZ — FAN / CREATOR DIGITAL INTERACTION AGREEMENT Effective Date: 25 May 2026

Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS FAN / CREATOR DIGITAL INTERACTION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) GOVERNS DIGITAL INTERACTIONS, DIGITAL ENTITLEMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, LIVESTREAMS, DIGITAL CONTENT ACCESS, AUCTIONS, TIPS, TREAT CONTRIBUTIONS, GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS, AI-ASSISTED INTERACTIONS AND RELATED PLATFORM ACTIVITY BETWEEN FANS AND CREATORS ON THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING, PURCHASING, SUBSCRIBING TO, INTERACTING WITH OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING WITH CREATOR CONTENT OR CREATOR SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT; YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL INTERACTIONS ARE DIGITAL IN NATURE UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ IS NOT A PARTY TO PRIVATE OFF-PLATFORM RELATIONSHIPS OR ARRANGEMENTS BETWEEN USERS; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CREATORS OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY; YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CERTAIN INTERACTIONS MAY INVOLVE AI SYSTEMS, DELEGATED STAFF OR MODERATION SYSTEMS; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DIGITAL PURCHASES GENERALLY PROVIDE LIMITED DIGITAL ACCESS RIGHTS ONLY AND DO NOT CREATE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE PLATFORM. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain Platform systems, creator systems, AI systems, operational systems and associated intellectual property connected with the Platform may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. NATURE OF THE FAN / CREATOR RELATIONSHIP 2.1 Digital Interaction Platform The Platform facilitates digital interaction systems between Fans and Creators including: subscriptions; messaging; livestreaming; auctions; digital content access; AI-assisted interactions; creator broadcasts; tips; Treat Contributions; Goal Contributions; and related monetisation systems. 2.2 Independent Creator Relationship Creators operate independently and remain solely responsible for: creator conduct; creator pricing; creator interactions; creator Content; creator moderation; creator fulfilment obligations; creator taxes; and creator business activities. Nothing in this Agreement creates: employment relationships; partnerships; agency relationships; fiduciary obligations; or representative authority between MyRoomz and Creators. 2.3 Entertainment and Engagement Nature Fans acknowledge and agree that the Platform is intended primarily for: entertainment; creator engagement; digital interaction; livestreaming; creator monetisation; and social engagement purposes. Interactions on the Platform may involve: roleplay; entertainment personas; staged engagement; creator branding; delegated staff; moderation systems; AI systems; and engagement-focused interaction models. 3. DIGITAL ENTITLEMENTS AND CONTENT ACCESS 3.1 Nature of Digital Purchases All purchases made through the Platform provide limited, revocable and non-transferable Digital Entitlements only. Fans do not acquire: ownership rights; intellectual property rights; archival rights; permanent download rights; transferable rights; or resale rights. 3.2 Content Availability Content availability may change due to: creator deletion; moderation; account closure; legal compliance; operational issues; Platform updates; technical issues; or creator removal from the Platform. 3.3 Creator Account Closure Where a Creator closes their account: associated Content access may cease; subscriptions may terminate; creator-facing material may be removed; profile closure notices may appear; and historical access may no longer be available. Fans acknowledge that access to Content is dependent upon the ongoing operation of creator accounts and Platform systems. 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS 4.1 Subscription Services Creators may offer subscription access to: creator feeds; messaging systems; livestreams; subscriber-only content; subscriber-only broadcasts; and other creator-configured features. 4.2 Subscription Renewal Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. 4.3 Subscription Limitations Subscriptions do not guarantee: personal interaction; direct responses; response timeframes; creator availability; creator livestream availability; emotional relationships; or uninterrupted access. 4.4 Creator Discretion Creators may: block Fans; restrict interactions; limit communication; modify pricing; alter subscription offerings; or restrict engagement subject to Platform rules and applicable law. 5. DIRECT MESSAGING AND DIGITAL INTERACTIONS 5.1 Messaging Systems The Platform may permit: direct messaging; creator broadcasts; livestream chat systems; AI-assisted messaging; delegated messaging systems; and monetised messaging systems. 5.2 No Guarantee of Personal Responses Fans acknowledge and agree that responses may be generated or assisted by: creators; delegated staff; moderators; managers; assistants; AI systems; or automated operational systems. MyRoomz does not guarantee that communications are personally authored by creators. 5.3 AI-Assisted Interactions The Platform may utilise AI systems including Indie AI to support: engagement continuity; response continuity; creator operational efficiency; and messaging systems. AI interactions may involve: contextual memory; historical interaction continuity; creator behavioural inputs; and automated responses. Fans acknowledge that AI systems: may produce inaccurate responses; may fail to maintain continuity; may evolve over time; and are engagement systems only. 6. LIVESTREAMS 6.1 Livestream Features Creators may host livestreams involving: live interaction; live messaging; livestream tipping; auctions; subscriber-only streams; moderated interaction; and monetised engagement systems. 6.2 Livestream Limitations Livestreams may experience: interruptions; latency; outages; moderation interruptions; creator no-shows; technical failures; payment interruptions; or operational disruptions. 6.3 No Recording Rights Fans are not authorised to: record livestreams; reproduce livestreams; redistribute livestreams; commercially exploit livestreams; or bypass Platform protections. MyRoomz does not generally retain livestream video or audio recordings following conclusion of a livestream. 7. TIPS, TREATS AND GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS 7.1 Nature of Tips Tips are discretionary voluntary support payments. Tips do not guarantee: personal interaction; future communication; exclusive treatment; emotional relationships; future Content; or creator obligations beyond Platform functionality. 7.2 Treat Contributions Treat Contributions are discretionary support contributions allowing Fans to support creators with experiences, gifts or lifestyle-related contributions. Treat Contributions: are voluntary; do not create ownership rights; do not guarantee fulfilment obligations beyond creator discretion unless expressly stated; and remain subject to creator operational control. 7.3 Goal Contributions Goal Contributions are discretionary support contributions toward creator-defined goals or projects. Fans acknowledge that: goals may evolve; creators may alter plans; timelines may change; outcomes are not guaranteed; and contributions remain discretionary support payments. 8. AUCTIONS AND PHYSICAL GOODS 8.1 Auction Systems Creators may offer auctions involving: digital Content; creator experiences; collectibles; merchandise; or other approved goods. 8.2 Independent Creator Responsibility Creators remain solely responsible for: fulfilment; dispatch; taxes; legality of goods; shipping obligations; customs obligations; authenticity claims; and consumer-law obligations. 8.3 Platform Limitation MyRoomz does not: warehouse goods; inspect goods; authenticate goods; guarantee fulfilment; operate shipping services; or act as a logistics provider. Fans acknowledge risks associated with creator-operated physical transactions. 9. CONTENT USE RESTRICTIONS 9.1 Platform Viewing Rights Only Fans are granted limited in-platform viewing rights only. Fans must not: reproduce Content; download Content; redistribute Content; commercially exploit Content; remove watermarks; record Content externally; or bypass Platform protections. 9.2 Watermarking and Monitoring MyRoomz may utilise: visible watermarking; invisible watermarking; metadata tracking; fingerprinting systems; behavioural analytics; and anti-piracy systems for moderation and enforcement purposes. 9.3 Platform Limitations MyRoomz cannot guarantee prevention of: screenshots; screen recordings; external photography; external recording devices; piracy; or unauthorised redistribution. 10. FAN CONDUCT Fans must not: harass creators; threaten creators; blackmail creators; stalk creators; extort creators; distribute Content externally; engage in chargeback abuse; manipulate creators fraudulently; impersonate others; bypass Platform systems; or engage in unlawful conduct. Creators may: block Fans; report misconduct; restrict access; or refuse interaction. 11. CREATOR CONDUCT Creators must not: conduct scams; engage in unlawful solicitation; misrepresent offerings fraudulently; exploit Fans unlawfully; conduct coercive monetisation; impersonate others unlawfully; distribute unlawful Content; or breach applicable laws. Creators remain solely responsible for: creator taxes; creator moderation; creator business obligations; creator Content; and creator compliance obligations. 12. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT 12.1 Platform Limitation MyRoomz is not responsible for: offline meetings; external messaging; third-party applications; external transactions; physical relationships; external conduct; or off-platform interactions. 12.2 Prohibited Conduct Users must not utilise the Platform to facilitate: unlawful physical services; unlawful escorting; exploitation; trafficking; coercive arrangements; or unlawful commercial conduct. MyRoomz may take enforcement action relating to off-platform conduct where reasonably necessary to protect Users or the Platform. 13. PAYMENTS, CHARGEBACKS AND REFUNDS 13.1 General Position Except where required by law: subscriptions are non-refundable; digital purchases are non-refundable; livestream purchases are non-refundable; cryptocurrency deposits are irreversible; and tips and contributions are generally non-refundable. 13.2 Chargebacks Fans must not engage in: fraudulent chargebacks; payment abuse; manipulation of payment systems; or misuse of financial systems. MyRoomz may: reverse transactions; freeze Wallet balances; suspend Accounts; preserve evidence; investigate activity; or cooperate with payment providers where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. 14. MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT AND SAFETY 14.1 Moderation Rights MyRoomz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: remove Content; restrict visibility; suspend monetisation; freeze Wallet balances; restrict interactions; suspend Accounts; terminate Accounts; preserve evidence; investigate conduct; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for: moderation; safety; fraud prevention; compliance; operational integrity; payment-provider compliance; or legal obligations. 14.2 Reporting Systems Users may report: Content; messages; livestreams; scams; harassment; impersonation; external conduct; or suspected policy breaches. 15. DISCLAIMER OF RELATIONSHIP EXPECTATIONS Users acknowledge and agree that: interactions may be entertainment-focused; creators may utilise branding personas; creators may utilise delegated staff; creators may utilise AI systems; creators may manage large audiences simultaneously; emotional continuity is not guaranteed; and no personal, romantic or exclusive relationship is guaranteed through Platform interactions. MyRoomz does not guarantee: emotional outcomes; creator availability; personal attachment; exclusivity; creator loyalty; or ongoing creator participation. 16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to creator interactions; MyRoomz is not liable for emotional distress arising from Platform interactions; MyRoomz is not liable for creator conduct; MyRoomz is not liable for off-platform conduct; MyRoomz is not liable for User-generated Content; MyRoomz is not liable for creator fulfilment failures; MyRoomz is not liable for livestream interruptions; and MyRoomz is not liable for losses arising from creator relationships or interactions. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 17. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for delays, interruptions or operational failures arising from: cyber attacks; payment-provider failures; infrastructure outages; cloud-provider failures; livestream outages; internet failures; natural disasters; government actions; regulatory changes; or events beyond reasonable control. 18. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate access to Platform systems at any time where reasonably necessary for moderation, compliance, safety or operational purposes. The following survive termination: payment obligations; moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; liability limitations; indemnities; dispute rights; and compliance obligations. 19. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. 20.
