ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY – MYROOMZ PTY LTD

BY USING THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms part of your agreement with MyRoomz Pty Ltd (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy is designed to:

Maintain a safe and compliant platform

Meet Australian legal obligations

Protect creators, users, and payment processing partners

Any breach may result in content removal, account suspension/termination, loss of earnings, and/or reporting to authorities.

Defined terms have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE CONTENT (IMMEDIATE TERMINATION)

The following will result in immediate account termination, permanent bans, and potential reporting:

1.1 Minors

Any person under 18 in any content

Any depiction of a person that could reasonably be considered under 18

1.2 Illegal Sexual Content

Including real, simulated, implied, or role-played:

Incest

Bestiality

Necrophilia

Rape or sexual assault

Coercion or lack of consent

1.3 Exploitation & Trafficking

Any content indicating exploitation, coercion, or trafficking

1.4 Terrorism & Criminal Promotion

Content promoting or supporting terrorism or organised crime

2. CREATOR VERIFICATION & CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

Creators must ensure:

All participants are:

18+

Verified through MyRoomz onboarding

Valid model release forms are obtained and stored

Participants have given clear, informed, ongoing consent

Failure = content removal + account suspension

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOUR

3.1 Violence & Harm

Content that depicts or promotes:

Physical harm or injury

Extreme degradation or coercion

Dangerous acts

Self-harm or suicide

3.2 Prohibited Fetish Content

Urine, excrement, or other prohibited bodily fluids

Any activity deemed unsafe or high-risk by MyRoomz

3.3 Hate Speech & Discrimination

Content targeting individuals/groups based on:

Race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, etc.

3.4 Harassment & Privacy Violations

Stalking or intimidation

Doxxing or sharing private information

Non-consensual intimate images

AI/deepfake explicit content of real people

3.5 Public Explicit Content

Explicit content filmed:

In public places

Where others may reasonably see

3.6 Misleading or Fraudulent Conduct

Fake identities

Misleading content descriptions

Impersonation

Payment fraud or chargeback abuse

3.7 Weapons & Substances

Use or promotion of:

Weapons

Controlled substancesWhere it presents risk or harm

3.8 Platform Abuse

Spamming

Scraping or data harvesting

Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass systems

Linking to prohibited external platforms

3.9 Content Theft

Downloading, redistributing, or selling content without permission

3.10 In-Person Services

Arranging meet-ups, escorting, or physical services through MyRoomz

3.11 Prohibited Commercial Activity

Selling illegal or regulated goods

Misrepresenting endorsement by MyRoomz

IP infringement

4. PAYMENT & MONETISATION COMPLIANCE

To comply with payment providers (including Bankful, Square, and other financial institutions), users must not:

Use MyRoomz for:

Escorting or prostitution services

Illegal goods/services

Attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees

Engage in chargeback fraud or payment disputes in bad faith

Important:

MyRoomz may:

Withhold or reverse earnings

Freeze accounts

Terminate monetisation access

Where risk, fraud, or policy breaches are identified.

5. AUSTRALIAN LEGAL COMPLIANCE (eSAFETY & ONLINE SAFETY)

MyRoomz complies with the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).

We may:

Remove content subject to eSafety notices

Restrict accounts under investigation

Report illegal content to Australian authorities

Users must not upload content that breaches Australian law, including:

Non-consensual intimate imagery

Abhorrent violent material

Exploitative content

6. ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (STRIKE POLICY)

MyRoomz operates a 3-strike system, except for zero-tolerance breaches.

Strike 1 – Warning

Content removed

Formal warning issued

Strike 2 – Suspension

Temporary account suspension

Monetisation paused

Strike 3 – Termination

Permanent account ban

Earnings may be forfeited

Immediate Termination (No Strikes)

For:

Minors

Illegal content

Fraud

Severe breaches

7. PLATFORM RIGHTS

MyRoomz reserves the right to:

Remove or restrict content at any time

Suspend or terminate accounts without notice

Withhold or reclaim earnings where permitted

Report users to law enforcement

8. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
