Version: 2.0 Enterprise Governance Edition IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (“AUP”) GOVERNS ALL ACCESS TO, USE OF, INTERACTION WITH AND PARTICIPATION IN THE MYROOMZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: YOU HAVE READ THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY; YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT MYROOMZ MAY REMOVE CONTENT, RESTRICT FEATURES, FREEZE WALLET BALANCES, SUSPEND ACCOUNTS, TERMINATE ACCOUNTS OR COOPERATE WITH AUTHORITIES WHERE REASONABLY NECESSARY; YOU UNDERSTAND THAT VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ENFORCEMENT ACTION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE; AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYROOMZ MAY INTERPRET, APPLY AND ENFORCE THIS POLICY AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW. THIS POLICY OPERATES TOGETHER WITH: Terms of Use; Privacy Policy; Wallet Terms; AI Policy; Community Guidelines; Moderation Policies; and all associated Platform governance documentation. 1. PLATFORM OPERATOR 1.1 Platform Operator The Platform is operated by: New Myroomzco Pty Ltd ABN: 21 698 117 476 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 (“MyRoomz”, “we”, “our” or “us”) 1.2 Intellectual Property Ownership Certain moderation systems, operational systems, AI systems, workflows and associated intellectual property connected with the Platform may be owned by, licensed from or associated with: COLLAB IP HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 698 248 967 PO BOX 136 APPLECROSS WA 6953 2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Policy exists to: maintain Platform safety; protect Users; support legal compliance; reduce fraud; prevent exploitation; reduce operational risk; support payment-provider compliance; support moderation systems; protect creators and Fans; protect platform integrity; and maintain commercially sustainable Platform operations. 3. GENERAL USER OBLIGATIONS Users must: comply with all applicable laws; comply with Platform rules; act honestly and lawfully; respect other Users; maintain accurate account information; avoid harmful conduct; avoid exploitative conduct; and avoid conduct exposing the Platform to unreasonable legal, operational or reputational risk. Users acknowledge that: Platform access is conditional; Platform functionality may be restricted; monetisation access is not guaranteed; and Platform access may be suspended or terminated at any time where reasonably necessary. 4. PROHIBITED ILLEGAL CONTENT Users must not upload, distribute, transmit, livestream, generate, promote or otherwise utilise the Platform for content involving: child exploitation; underage persons; non-consensual intimate imagery; revenge pornography; coercion; human trafficking; sexual exploitation; unlawful violence; bestiality; incest where prohibited by law; sexual assault material; unlawful weapons trafficking; terrorism; criminal enterprises; fraud schemes; identity theft; phishing; blackmail; extortion; unlawful drug trafficking; money laundering; or any unlawful activity. Any suspected unlawful activity may result in: immediate content removal; account suspension; evidence preservation; Wallet restrictions; moderation escalation; reporting to authorities; and law enforcement cooperation. 5. CHILD SAFETY AND AGE-RESTRICTED CONTENT 5.1 Strict Prohibition The Platform strictly prohibits: underage content; age-falsified content; exploitative material involving minors; simulated underage exploitation where unlawful; grooming behaviour; child exploitation material; coercive age-related conduct; and attempts to bypass age-verification systems. 5.2 Verification Obligations Creators must: complete required verification procedures; provide accurate verification information; comply with identity verification requirements; and cooperate with moderation and compliance reviews. 5.3 Reporting and Preservation MyRoomz may: preserve evidence; disclose information to authorities; cooperate with investigations; suspend access immediately; and permanently terminate Users where reasonably necessary for child safety or legal compliance purposes. 6. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT AND EXPLOITATION Users must not upload, distribute or otherwise utilise the Platform for: non-consensual intimate imagery; secretly recorded material; blackmail-related content; coercive content; exploitative recordings; unlawful impersonation; doxxing; threats; harassment campaigns; or malicious exposure of private information. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring they possess: lawful rights; valid consent; lawful authority; and legal entitlement to upload and distribute Content. 7. CREATOR CONDUCT RULES Creators must not: engage in unlawful solicitation; operate scams; conduct misleading promotions; misrepresent services; manipulate Fans fraudulently; engage in coercive monetisation; falsify giveaways; misuse AI systems unlawfully; impersonate others unlawfully; exploit vulnerable persons; or engage in conduct exposing the Platform to unreasonable risk. Creators remain solely responsible for: taxation obligations; business obligations; creator conduct; moderation obligations; livestream conduct; physical fulfilment obligations; and compliance with laws applicable to their activities. 8. FAN CONDUCT RULES Fans must not: harass Users; threaten Users; extort Users; blackmail Users; distribute Content externally; attempt to bypass paywalls; manipulate creators; doxx creators; conduct scams; engage in stalking behaviour; misuse payment systems; engage in chargeback abuse; exploit vulnerabilities; or engage in unlawful conduct. Users acknowledge that creators may: block Users; restrict interactions; refuse engagement; or report misconduct. 9. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT 9.1 Platform Limitation MyRoomz is not responsible for: offline meetings; physical interactions; third-party communications; external transactions; external messaging; external relationships; or off-platform conduct. 9.2 Prohibited Off-Platform Use Users must not utilise the Platform to facilitate: unlawful physical services; unlawful escorting; coercive arrangements; trafficking; exploitation; unlawful solicitation; or unlawful commercial conduct. MyRoomz may take enforcement action relating to off-platform conduct where reasonably necessary to protect Users or the Platform. 10. AI SYSTEMS AND AUTOMATED INTERACTIONS 10.1 AI Use Restrictions Users must not use AI systems to: commit fraud; impersonate others unlawfully; generate exploitative content; conduct scams; manipulate Users unlawfully; bypass moderation systems; extract operational data unlawfully; or engage in prohibited conduct. 10.2 AI Operational Rights MyRoomz may: monitor AI interactions; restrict AI functionality; suspend AI systems; retrain AI systems; investigate AI behaviour; preserve AI logs; and remove AI-generated content where reasonably necessary for moderation, safety or compliance purposes. 11. LIVESTREAM RULES Users must not utilise livestream systems for: unlawful conduct; harassment; scams; hate speech; violent threats; exploitative conduct; unlawful solicitation; prohibited content; or moderation evasion. MyRoomz may: interrupt livestreams; remove livestreams; restrict livestream functionality; suspend livestream monetisation; or terminate livestream access without prior notice where reasonably necessary. 12. AUCTIONS, PHYSICAL GOODS AND TRANSACTIONS Users must not: conduct fraudulent auctions; misrepresent goods; sell unlawful goods; evade taxation obligations; manipulate bidding systems; falsify product authenticity; or exploit transaction systems. Creators remain solely responsible for: dispatch obligations; legality of goods; taxes; shipping compliance; authenticity claims; and consumer-law obligations. 13. PAYMENT ABUSE, FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS Users must not: engage in payment fraud; conduct chargeback abuse; exploit payment systems; utilise stolen financial information; conduct money laundering; manipulate Wallet systems; or engage in suspicious financial conduct. MyRoomz may: freeze Wallet balances; suspend payouts; reverse transactions; preserve evidence; disclose information to authorities; conduct investigations; or terminate Accounts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. 14. PLATFORM SECURITY AND SYSTEM ABUSE Users must not: attempt unauthorised access; reverse engineer systems; scrape Platform data unlawfully; attack Platform infrastructure; distribute malware; interfere with Platform functionality; bypass operational protections; exploit vulnerabilities; overload systems; or disrupt Platform operations. Users must not utilise bots, automation tools or scraping tools without express written authorisation from MyRoomz. 15. WATERMARKING, PIRACY AND CONTENT THEFT Users must not: remove watermarks; reproduce Content externally; pirate Content; redistribute Content; commercially exploit Content; record paid Content unlawfully; or bypass anti-piracy systems. MyRoomz may utilise: visible watermarking; invisible watermarking; metadata tracking; fingerprinting systems; anti-piracy systems; and operational monitoring for moderation, investigations and enforcement purposes. 16. MODERATION, INVESTIGATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT 16.1 Enforcement Rights MyRoomz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: remove Content; restrict visibility; limit discoverability; freeze Wallet balances; suspend monetisation; restrict features; suspend Accounts; terminate Accounts; preserve evidence; investigate conduct; throttle engagement systems; or cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary for: moderation; fraud prevention; legal compliance; operational integrity; platform protection; child safety; payment-provider compliance; or User safety. 16.2 Evidence Preservation MyRoomz may preserve: messages; moderation records; livestream metadata; transaction records; AI interaction logs; IP information; operational logs; and deleted Content for operational, moderation, compliance or legal purposes. 17. REPORTING SYSTEMS Users may report: Content; livestreams; messages; profiles; links; scams; impersonation; harassment; external conduct; or suspected policy breaches. Reports may be reviewed by: moderation staff; compliance personnel; AI-assisted moderation systems; or outsourced moderation providers. 18. DISCLAIMER OF PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY MyRoomz does not guarantee: User conduct; creator legitimacy; monetisation outcomes; uninterrupted functionality; emotional continuity; off-platform behaviour; third-party conduct; or external transaction safety. Users acknowledge that use of the Platform involves operational, financial, technological and interpersonal risks. 19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyRoomz excludes all implied warranties relating to User conduct; MyRoomz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; MyRoomz is not liable for off-platform conduct; MyRoomz is not liable for User-generated Content; MyRoomz is not liable for creator interactions; MyRoomz is not liable for emotional distress arising from User interactions; and MyRoomz is not liable for unlawful conduct committed by Users. Nothing excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. 20. FORCE MAJEURE MyRoomz is not liable for enforcement failures, moderation delays or operational interruptions arising from: cyber attacks; infrastructure outages; payment-provider failures; cloud-provider failures; internet outages; government actions; regulatory changes; labour disputes; natural disasters; or events beyond reasonable control. 21. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL MyRoomz may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time where reasonably necessary for moderation, compliance, operational or safety purposes. The following survive termination: moderation rights; evidence preservation rights; liability limitations; indemnities; investigation rights; and compliance obligations. 22. GOVERNING LAW This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of: Western Australia; and the Commonwealth of Australia. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
