MyShopz: buying from merchants on MyRoomz

MyShopz is a marketplace of physical goods sold by verified merchants: lingerie, toys, beauty, gifts and more. Open it at live.myroomz.co/shopz (it is also listed under Discover in the menu).

Buying here
- Tap a product, choose its options, and Add to cart. A cart holds products from one store at a time; adding from another store asks whether to start a new cart.
- At checkout you give the delivery address (saved for next time if you like), see the shipping for that address, and pay from your MyRoomz wallet.
- The money is held in your wallet until the merchant marks your order shipped. If it has not shipped within a week the order cancels itself and every cent comes back to your wallet.
- You can cancel an order yourself while it is still waiting to be packed. Once it has shipped the sale is final, apart from the merchant's own returns policy.
- My orders (the box icon on MyShopz) shows every order, its status, and the tracking once it ships. You can review a product once the order has shipped.

Buying at the merchant's own store
Some products say Buy at the merchant. That opens the merchant's own website with a MyRoomz coupon code to use at their checkout. Buying there is between you and the merchant: their payment, their terms, their shipping.

Who you are dealing with
Every merchant has passed the same ID check every creator does, and a person reviews every new store before it opens. The merchant is the seller: they ship, they handle returns, and MyRoomz is not part of the sale. Your address goes to the merchant for the order and to nobody else.
