Consent for Intimate Images Policy Effective as of: 1 January 2026
Introduction At MyRoomz Pty Ltd (ABN: 11 680 004 988), we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and legally compliant platform for adult content creators and subscribers across Australia. This policy outlines the standards, legal requirements, and procedures regarding the consent and handling of intimate images on our platform, in full accordance with Australian Federal law, applicable state and territory legislation, and ethical best practices.
This Policy supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the terms of this Policy prevail with respect to the handling of intimate images. Enforcement actions under this Policy may also be taken under the Community Guidelines.
This policy applies to all Users of the MyRoomz platform, including content creators, Fans, administrators, and third-party affiliates.
Words used as defines terms in this Agreement but not defined take their meaning from the Terms of Use.
Definitions
Deepfake/AI-Generated Content: Digitally altered media that uses artificial intelligence to synthetically depict a person.
Intimate Image: A photo or video that shows a person’s private parts or depicts sexual activity, whether real or simulated.
Model Release Form: A signed document proving that all people appearing in content have agreed to be featured and published.
NCII (Non-Consensual Intimate Image): Content shared without the subject’s consent.
Non-consensual Intimate Image (NCII): Any intimate image shared without the documented consent of the subject or following the withdrawal of previously granted consent.
Legal Compliance
We operate solely within Australia and comply with all applicable laws governing intimate content, including the following:
Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth)
Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)
Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law
Relevant State Legislation
The jurisdiction for all legal matters under this policy is the Commonwealth of Australia and where applicable the State of Western Australia.
Cross Border Access
Creators acknowledge that Content may be accessed in jurisdictions with differing legal standards. We disclaim all liability for cross-border legal conflicts.
Intimate, nude, or sexually explicit Content shared without the Consent of the person depicted.
Content taken covertly or without knowledge.
Material initially shared consensually, but later distributed beyond the agreed Consent.
Deepfakes or Synthetic or AI-generated content depicting individuals without their knowledge or Consent.
Such conduct constitutes a criminal offence in Australia and we reserve the right to report any such conduct to the eSafety Commissioner and/or relevant law enforcement agencies.
Obtain clear, voluntary, and documented consent from all individuals appearing in any intimate or explicit Content.
Ensure all participants are over 18 years of age and provide valid, government-issued identification.
Retain written or digital records of Consent (e.g., signed model releases, dated messages confirming permission).
Not upload or use any Content created when the depicted individual was under the age of 18, even if they are now an adult.
We reserve the right to request this documentation from a Creator at any time. Failure by a Creator to provide proof of Consent may lead to Content removal, account suspension, or further legal action.
Consent Management
Uploader responsibility. You must not upload, publish, sell, or share any content unless you have obtained the informed, voluntary consent of every identifiable person depicted or heard in the content and you have the legal right to grant us the licences required under these Terms.
18+ only. You must not upload any content that depicts, includes, or appears to include a person under 18. You warrant that every person depicted in your content was 18 years or older at the time the content was created and at the time it is uploaded.
Evidence of consent and age. We may require you to provide, and you agree to keep and promptly provide upon request, reliable records demonstrating consent and age for each person depicted, which may include:
a completed model release (or performer consent) form,
government-issued ID or other age assurance evidence for each performer, and
a record linking the consent to the specific content (for example, filename, date, shoot details).
Digital consent. Digital consent is acceptable (including electronic signatures or authenticated online forms) where it produces an auditable record, including the identity of the person consenting, the date/time, the exact terms presented, and the verification method used.
Withdrawal and disputes. If any depicted person withdraws consent or disputes consent, you must notify us immediately. We may remove or restrict content while we assess the issue and may require further verification. Where consent is withdrawn, we will take reasonable steps to stop future display and distribution via the platform within a reasonable time, noting that prior lawful access or transactions may not be reversible.
Non-consensual intimate images and prohibited content. We prohibit content that is shared without consent, including intimate images, and content that is manipulated to depict a person in an intimate context without consent (including deepfakes). We may remove such content and take account enforcement action.

Consent Withdrawal Process An individual featured in any Content on MyRoomz may withdraw their Consent for the continued display of their intimate Content at any time. To initiate this process:
Send a written request to support@myroomz.co.
Include your name, a copy of valid photo identification, and the direct link(s) to the Content in question.
State clearly that you are withdrawing Consent.
We will:
Verify the request within 3 Business Days.
Use reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to the Content within 5 Business Days from confirmation, subject to technical, evidentiary or law-enforcement requirements.
Retain archived copies securely for up to 12 months only if required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Removal of Content following withdrawal of Consent does not entitle any User, Fan or Creator to a refund, reversal or additional payout from us.
5.1 Third-Party Inclusion: Creators must not upload Content featuring any third party unless that party has provided documented, informed, and written Consent.5.2 Consent Documentation: We reserve the right to request from a Creator written or digital proof of Consent of a third party at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in Content removal, account suspension or further legal action.
6.1 Verification Requirement: All individuals depicted in intimate or explicit Content must be at least 18 years of age. We require Creators to complete identity and age verification prior to uploading any such Content.
6.2 False Representation: Any attempt to upload Content featuring individuals falsely represented as adults will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

We will:
Acknowledge your report within 72 hours.
Conduct an investigation.
Remove content if necessary and notify involved parties.
Refer serious matters to the eSafety Commissioner or law enforcement.

Account termination.
Legal action under Australian Consumer Law and Criminal Code provisions.
Referral to relevant regulatory bodies and/or law enforcement.
Downloading, recording, screen capturing, or redistributing Content from MyRoomz.
Sharing or reposting Content without explicit written permission from the Creator.
Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of copyright law, the Terms of Use and may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.
10.1 Retention Limits: Intimate content will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose.
10.2 Archival Restrictions: Archived content will be encrypted and access restricted. Upon revocation of Consent, archival copies will be purged unless required for legal compliance.
Depicts real individuals without their documented consent.
Falsely represents individuals in a sexual or intimate context.
Any such Content will be removed, and the User may be permanently banned and reported.
12.1 Disclosure Requirement: Any intimate content that is digitally altered, AI-generated, or synthetic must be clearly labelled as such at the time of upload.
12.2 Prohibited Use: Uploading synthetic content that falsely implies the involvement of real individuals without their consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Where necessary, we will:
Share metadata, records, and content under subpoena or lawful request.
Assist in any investigation into image-based abuse, stalking, coercion, or harassment.
We may preserve and disclose Content, metadata and account information to these bodies even after Content has been disabled or an account has been deleted, where permitted by law.
